Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the device to power.
- Turn on the device by pressing the Power Button.
- Select a method (OD600 or McFarland).
- Place the reference (blank) or sample into the sample compartment.
- Ensure correct alignment of cuvettes as indicated by device arrows. The optical height is 8.5 mm.
- Press the blank/sample button.
- The sample’s OD is shown in absorbance units (Abs) or McFarland units (MFU).
- The default McFarland tube type is 16 mm with a preprogrammed standard curve; no new calibration needed.
- For detailed information on McFarland Standard Curve calibration, refer to the manual.
- Export your data using the Sample-List function.

Instructions
