CAUTION
Make sure to read the usage precautions carefully to ensure safe use of the
product. Failure to follow the warnings and precautions herein may result in
injury (injury, disability, or death) to yourself or a third party, or damage
(malfunction, damage, destruction, or loss) to property. Do not use this
product for purposes other than its intended purposes or in any other way than
described. Pictures herein are for illustrative purposes only.
- Never use it while cycling or driving a car or motorcycle. This can result in a traffic accident.
- Do not use it in places where it is dangerous not to hear your surroundings, such as at a train crossing, train platform, roadway, or construction site.
- Noise may occur and audio may be interfered with depending on the connected Bluetooth device or communication environment and depending on surrounding conditions (crowded places, train station platforms, inside a train, and places with large numbers of communication devices).
- Continuous use at a loud volume that stimulates the ears can significantly damage your hearing.
- Raising the volume too high initially can damage hearing when a loud sound is output suddenly. Use while raising the volume gradually.
- Be careful not to make the incoming call volume too loud.
- Immediately discontinue use if the product becomes deformed or damaged.
- Stop use immediately if skin irritation occurs when in contact with the product.
- Do not disassemble or modify.
- Do not drop or subject the product to excessive impact.
- This product is not fully waterproof. Do not submerge in water or the ocean.
- Not for use in the bathtub, sauna, or pool.
- The supplied charging case is not waterproof.
- Do not let the product become wet or operate with wet hands.
- Do not let thinner, benzene, alcohol, etc. remain on the product.
- Do not charge with a current exceeding 5V / 1A. Do not use a high-speed charging adapter.
- Do not leave if charging is completed.
- For safety, do not start the engine of a car with a charging cable connected from a car charger to the charging port of the product. Always connect the charging cable after starting the engine.
- Do not use or store the product in the following places. Places where strong magnetic fields are generated.
- Places where static electricity or electrical noise are generated. Places where condensation forms.
- Places where there is a risk of short circuit or water leaks. Places subject to high temperature or high humidity. Places subject to direct sunlight. Around fires or places where hot air is trapped. Dusty places.
- Do not use it in a hot environment such as covered by a blanket or bedding.
- Keep away from fire and other sources of heat.
- Children must be supervised by a guardian when using the product.
- Do not dispose of regular garbage (noncombustible garbage).
- This product may only be used in countries where it complies with or is certified to comply with the radio laws of the country. It cannot be used outside the country of sale.
- This product uses a frequency of 2.4GHz band.
- The audio may interfere with my devices using the same 2.4GHz band radio waves, such as Bluetooth devices, wireless LAN or WiFi devices, digital cordless phones, and microwaves.
- Do not use in areas where radio waves are prohibited, such as hospitals. Use of this product may affect pacemakers and other medical devices and medical electronics.
- Check with your airline regarding the use of wireless devices on board the aircraft.
- Read the instruction manual of the connected device before use.
- While this product can be used to connect to a mobile phone or computer, the setup method and precautions vary depending on the connected device.
- The battery is a consumable product that deteriorates with normal use. Battery drain is a characteristic of the product and does not indicate a malfunction. The battery cannot be replaced.
- Charge the charging case and earphones before using them.
Charging
Charge the charging case
Connect the charging cable to the USB Type-C port on the charging case to
charge. The charging case LED blinks while charging and lights when fully
charged. Charging cable not included. Provide your own USB Type-C charging
cable Charging case LED indicator (Values are approximate.)
Charge the earphones
- Store the earphones in the charging case that has been fully charged. The earphone
- LED blinks red while charging and turns off when charging is completed.
- If the charging case runs out of power while the earphones are stored inside, the earphones may automatically turn on and enter pairing mode. When the remaining battery power of the earphones is low, an alert sounds.
- The remaining battery power indicator of the earphones on the connected device indicates the remaining battery power of one earphone.
- The earphone that loses power first will turn off and it will operate thereafter on one side.
- If the earpieces are not positioned correctly, this could interfere with the charging case, preventing charging. Also, strong shock can dislodge the earphones from the charging case, preventing charging.
- If not used for a prolonged period, make sure to charge once every 6 months to prevent deterioration due to self-discharge of the battery.
Remaining battery power of the charging case
When the earphones are stored in the charging case, the charging case LED
light changes according to the remaining battery power. When the LED is
blinking, the remaining battery power of the charging case is low. Charge the
charging case. Charging case LED indicator (Values are approximate.)
Splash-proof performance
The earphone main unit of this product is splash-proof, but it may malfunction depending on how it is handled and the environment, such as when exposed to sweat or water.
- This product is not splash-proof against liquids other than fresh water and tap water.
- Do not charge the product while wet or with wet hands.
- Not completely waterproof. Do not intentionally splash or submerge in water.
- Do not leave the product damp. This can result in a malfunction of the speaker or battery.
- Do not dry with a hair dryer or place in front of a heater to dry.
- The charging case is not waterproof. Do not let it become wet. May cause malfunction.
Turning on and off
The earphones turn on automatically when removed from the charging case and
turn off when stored.
Turning on
Remove the earphones from the charging case to turn them on automatically. To manually turn on the earphones, press and hold the operation touch sensor on the earphones for 3 seconds while the power is off. The earphones are LED light blue and the power turns on.
Turning off
Store the earphones in the charging case to turn them off automatically. To
manually turn off the earphones, press and hold the operational touch sensor
on the earphones for 5 seconds while the power is on. The earphone LED lights
red and the power turns off.
If communication with the connected device is interrupted and the earphones
are unable to connect, the earphones enter power save mode. If the earphones
are unable to reconnect in power save mode, the power turns off automatically
in a few minutes.
How to Clean
Wipe clean with a soft cloth.
Pairing and connecting the earphones
(registering them to a device for the first time)
- Remove the earphones from the charging case.
- When both earphones are removed from the charging case, the earphones pair automatically with each other, and the parent earphone enters pairing mode. In pairing mode, the parent earphone LED blinks alternately red and blue.
- In the Bluetooth settings of the connecting device, select the earphones to complete the pairing.
Once paired, the earphones pair automatically the next time and thereafter. To pair to another device, disconnect Bluetooth from the connected device, and repeat steps 1 and 2 above to pair to the new device.
If pairing fails
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the connecting device. Check that the
connecting device supports the profile of this product. In the Bluetooth
settings of the connecting device, delete the earphones and try pairing them
again. Pairing may not work if there are nearby electronic devices that
generate strong electromagnetic waves. Move away from other electronic devices
or turn off the power and then try pairing again.
How to Use
These are touch-control-type earphones. Gently touch the operation touch
sensor on the earphones to operate. Be careful of malfunctions when
accidentally touching the earphones such as while wearing.
The previous song and the next song do not operate when used in one ear. Usable functions vary depending on the connected device and app. Even if the above operations are performed, a different operation may occur or the operation may not work.
Recommended Example of Attaching the Earphones
Attach the ear hook of the product so Ear hook that it hangs on the hollow of
your ear as shown on the right. Provides a better fit on the ear.
