Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Assembling the Frame

  1. Remove the pallet carrier frame from the shipping pallet and stand it upright at 90 degrees.
  2. Locate the hardware kit and assemble the rear axle assembly as per Fig. 2-1.

Step 2: Attaching Tilt Back Brace

  1. Locate the safety pins and tilt back brace from the hardware kit.
  2. Align the tilt back brace with the mounting hole on the pallet carrier frame and adjust the tilt angle as needed.

Step 3: Installing Rear Wheels

  1. Insert the rear wheel axle through the mounting hole on the rear axle assembly.
  2. Attach the rear wheels using washers and cotter pins as shown in Fig. 3-2.

Step 4: Adjusting Handle Height

  1. Adjust the handle height by engaging the snap buttons on the side of the pallet carrier frame.

Step 5: Setting Up Pallet Fork Assembly

  1. Cut the cable ties securing the forks to the pallet frame.
  2. Lower the pallet lifting forks assembly as indicated in Fig. 4-1 and secure with safety pins.

Pallet Carrier Installation

Step 1

  1. Remove the pallet carrier frame from the shipping pallet. Stand the carrier upright at 90 degrees, the rear axle frame will hang down.
  2. Locate the hardware kit and remove the rear axle assembly, cotter pin and 2 washers.
  3. Place a washer over the axle assembly pin. Insert the rear axle assembly pin through the mounting hole located at the end of the rear axle frame.
  4. Slide the washer over the axle pin and Binsert cotter pin, and split the cotter pin secure the axle assembly. As shown in Fig 2-1.

Step 2

  1. From the hardware kit, locate 2 safety pins, the locking pull pin and the tilt back brace as shown in Fig. 2-2 shown right.
  2. Align the tilt back brace with the lowest mounting hole on the pallet carrier frame. Once the Pallet Carrier has been fully assembled the degree of tilt back can be changed by raising the tilt back brace angle as shown right in Fig 2-2.
  3. Working from the opposite end of the tilt back brace insert a safety pin through the brace and mounting tab on the rear axle frame. See Fig. 2-2 and 2-3

Step 3

  1. Locate the rear wheel axle for the hardware kit. Insert the axle through the mounting hole located on the lower end of the rear axle assembly.
  2. Remove the rear wheels from the box/pallet, locate 2 washers and cotter pins from the hardware kits.
  3. Insert the wheel hubs over the axle. slide the washer over the axles and secure with the cotter pins. As shown in Fig. 3-2.
  4. Split the cotter pin ends securing both wheels on the axle frame.

Step 4

  1. From the shipping pallet, locate the left, right and center handle brackets as shown in Fig. 3-3.
  2. Insert the short end of the left and right frames into the center frame bracket.
  3. Press in the snap buttons so the handle frames slide into the center frame bracket.
  4. Align the handle frame assembly with the pallet carrier frame. Insert the handle frame into the carrier frame.
  5. Determine your working hight by sliding the hand frame up or down. Insert safety pins into the left and right side of the pallet carrier frame locking the handle into place.

Step 5

  1. The pallet fork assembly ships with cable ties securing the forks to the pallet frame. Cut the cable ties.
  2. Lower the pallet lifting forks assembly downward as shown in Fig. 4-1.

Step 6

  1. Pull the pallet fork assembly outward while lowering the assembly downward.
  2. The fork assembly will slide into the locking slots located at the bottom of the carrier frame as shown right.
  3. Locate two safety pins from the hardware kit.
  4. Insert safety pins into the mounting pin hole located closest to the wheel.
  5. Secure the pin by pulling the clip over the pin end. Locking the fork assembly in place. See Fig. 4-3.
