Product Usage Instructions

Charging the Device

  1. Use the included USB-C cable and wall charger.
  2. Plug the USB-C cable into the bottom of the PAC (Portable Audio Controller).
  3. You will hear a click when the cable is fully inserted.
  4. A solid green light indicates that the charge is complete.

Troubleshooting Microphone Issues

If the microphone is not working properly, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the unit with the issue.
  2. Turn it back on again. This can be done even when the system is in use.
  3. If the problem persists, reset the entire system by turning off all units and then turning them back on.

Please note that the USB-C port and buttons on the device are labeled as per the Standard Quickstart Guide.

CHARGING

  • Use Included USB-C cables and wall charger Plug USB-C cable into the Bottom of the PAC. There will be a “click” when fully inserted.
  • The PAC is charging when
  • Pulsing Red.
  • Pulsing Red and Green
  • Solid Green Light indicates Charge is complete

TROUBLESHOOTING

Things to check:

  • One Unit has a “M” in the status area.
  • Only one PAC has the “M”.
  • Stay within line of sight with all Units.
  • Check that the battery level is above 10%.
  • Bend the mic boom so it is rotated down far enough to activate the mic.

Solutions:

  1. Turn off the Unit with the issue.
    • Turn it back on again. This can be done when the system is in use.
  2. Reset the entire system. Make sure all Units are off before turning back on.

The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types MV-Pak(FCC ID: ALZM2P) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the body is 1.546W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0mm from the body.
