SAFETY INSTRUCTION

Install the Base Station Chime (Part 1)

Fix the power socket to the chime. Plug the chime into a power outlet where you can hear the ringtone easily, better located between the router and the doorbell

Power On the Doorbell (Part 21

Press the button on the back of the doorbell to turn it on and you’ll hear the startup sound. Charge the doorbell if it is out of power (see part 5). To turn off the doorbell, double-press the button.

Get the lmou Life App (Part 31

Scan the QR code or search for “lmou Ufe”to download and install the app. Create an account and log in.

Set Up the Devices (Part 4)

Scan the QR code on the top of the chime or on the cover of this guide with the app, and then follow on-screen instructions to add the chime to your account Put the doorbell close to the chime and wait until the doorbell automatically links to the chime. Press the doorbell button to check if the chime can ring simultaneously.

Charge the Doorbell (Part S)

Before installation, fully charge the doorbell with a 5VDC 1 A power adapter (not provided). Find the indicator status for charging in the chart. Please do not charge the doorbell at temperatures below 0″C (32″F) or above 45°C (113°F).

Install the Doorbell (Part 6)

Recommended to install the doorbell 1.4 to 15 meters (4.6 to4.9feet) from the ground. Do not let the doorbell face a high traffic area so as to avoid unwanted motion alerts and keep the battery from draining too fast. Choose a location with a clear, unblocked field of view and a good Wi-Fi signal. Do not inst

• Option A Battery-powered
  The doorbell can run on its own rechargeable battery. See option A for installation without wiring.

• Option B Wire-powered
  Your battery can get continuous power if it is wire-powered. Supply the doorbell with 8-24 VAC, SVAor above. If you have an existed mechanical chime, use the provided jumper cable to connect FRONT and TRANS terminals to bypass the chime. Shut off the power breaker before installation.

  • If the wall is clean and even, you can use adhesive pads to attach the bracket to the wall without drilling
  • If you need to reset the chime, press and hold the reset button for 5 s. The LED turns solid red when the chime is booting
