To ensure proper function, use the certified cable that was provided with your
Basecamp 4.
Observe all Input/Output connectors ratings: To avoid fire or electrical shock
hazard, observe all ratings on unit, and products you intend to use; check
manuals for more information.
DO NOT operate in wet conditions: In order to avoid short circuits or electric
shock, do not allow the unit to get wet. Let the unit dry completely before
using.
Keep the unit clean and dry: Inspect the unit for dirt, dust, or moisture on a
regular basis.
Do not use if damaged.
Any manipulation of the unit or its components will void all warranties.

How to Use The Product
- Plug the charging pad into a 100 W power source using the USB-C cable that came with the Basecamp 4.
- Place devices on the charging pad on each individual magnetic ring.
- A green light will come on to indicate that the device is connected and charging.
IMPORTANT: For best results and efficient charging, always use the USB-C cable provided with the Basecamp 4. If you are plugging it into a USB-C port, make sure that port can output at least 100 W of power. If you cannot plug it into a USB port with 100 W, plug it into a 100 W USB adapter and then plug that into an AC outlet.

How fast can the Basecamp 4 charge my devices?
Charge times will vary by device. You can charge 4 devices at the same time.
Basecamp 4 can charge 1-4 smartphones in about 1-3 hours. Please note that
charge times may vary dramatically based on phone make and model, settings,
temperature, and more.
Why isn’t my device charging as expected?
If your devices aren’t charging as expected, check to see if you have your
Basecamp 4 plugged into a 100 W power source. Be sure to use the cable that
was included with your Basecamp 4 for best results.
What Goal Zero products can I plug the Basecamp 4 into?
The Basecamp 4 works great with our new 6th generation products (Yeti PRO
4000, Yeti 300, 500, & 700).
To use the Basecamp 4 with X-line power stations you’ll need a 100-Watt USB-C
Charger.
Then you can plug it into an AC outlet on your X-line power station.
