BIOS Configuration
In case that the ‘CPU FAN ERROR” message is displayed by the UEFl(B1OS), please adjust the UEFI fan speed settings (“CPU Fan Speed Low Limit’ – Option).
*Settings will vary according to your type of motherboard. Please consult your motherboard instructions.

- It is recommended to wear gloves when installing the product as well as to wear gloves to prevent injuries during the installation process.
- Please keep this product and accessories away from children.
- To prevent injury, please be careful as the edges of the devices installed in your system can be sharp.
Intel
LGA 775 / 115X / 1200 / 1700 (Core i3 / i5 CPU)
- Push Pin LGA 775
- Insert the push pins into the holes on the Intel buckle.
- Align the Intel buckle with the mounting holes on the motherboard.
- Push down on the pins to secure the Intel buckle to the motherboard.
- Push Pin LGA 115X/1200
- Insert the push pins into the holes on the Intel buckle.
- Align the Intel buckle with the mounting holes on the motherboard.
- Push down on the pins to secure the Intel buckle to the motherboard.
- Push Pin LGA 1700
- Insert the push pins into the holes on the Intel buckle.
- Align the Intel buckle with the mounting holes on the motherboard.
- Push down on the pins to secure the Intel buckle to the motherboard.
Installation Steps
- Insert the push pins into the holes on the Intel buckle.
- Align the Intel buckle with the mounting holes on the motherboard.
- Push down on the pins to secure the Intel buckle to the motherboard.
- Apply thermal grease to the CPU.
- Place the CPU cooler on top of the CPU and secure it using the screws provided.
AMD
AM5 / AM4 / FM2 / FM1 / AM3+ / AM3 / AM2+ / AM2
- Place the CPU cooler on top of the CPU.
- Apply thermal grease to the CPU.
- Secure the CPU cooler using the screws provided.
- Connect the CPU cooler fan to the motherboard.
