INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove the seat of your Polaris Sportsman.
  2. Clear any debris off the two posts sticking up where the seat was.
  3. Insert your new cargo box into the area where the seat was, with the two posts entering the box at the drilled locations.
  4. Open your box to view the inside compartment area.
  5. Place the rubber hold-downs over the posts and press all the way to the bottom of the box.
  6. Install the shaft collars on the posts making sure that they contact the rubber hold downs.
  7. Test to make sure the shaft colars are secured and do not allow the box to be removed
    Note: It may be helpful to apply a lubricant like WD-40 to the posts to aid in the removal of the rubber hold downs.
