INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING THE SPCOM00000052

1. Remove the N-Com system from the helmet (see instruction booklet).
2. Remove the screws using a Torx T6 screwdriver and move the antenna from its housing (Fig. 1).
3. Cut and remove the connector cover cap that needs to be replaced (Fig. 2).
4. Position the new connector cover cap in its housing (Fig. 3).
5. Reposition the antenna, matching up the two holes where the screws pass through. Replace the screws and tighten them (Fig. 4).
6. Reposition the N-Com system inside the helmet (see instruction booklet).
