FIXING INTO THE GROUND
IMPORTANT! For safety reasons, the play center must be anchored into the ground.
Position the play center as desired, mark a 300 x 300 mm square around each
leg (ensuring the feet are in the center of the square), and dig a hole 300 mm
deep. Fill the holes with a minimum of 300 mm of concrete, avoiding surpassing
ground level. Embed the anchoring piece into the center of the concrete,
allowing the fixtures for screwing the posts into place to protrude. Once the
concrete is dry, attach the posts to the anchoring pieces. Cover the sealing
with ground.
IMPORTANT. Wait until the concrete is fully set before using the play
center and regularly check the anchorages.
INSTALLATION
MAINTENANCE
- The metal parts do not require specific maintenance. However, in certain regions (e.g., coastal areas), certain coatings may be susceptible to damage. In such cases, it is recommended to apply rust prevention treatment.
- The ground on which the play center is positioned should be regularly inspected. All elements such as stones or other objects that could cause injury in the event of a fall should be removed.
SAFETY
- Regular safety checks should be conducted on the play centre. This check should include, if necessary, the removal of any sharp edges, replacement of missing screw covers, tightening nuts and bolts, etc., to prevent any hazards due to normal wear and tear or the possibility of the play centre tipping over.
