Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the four fixings at the rearmost mounting points.
- Loosely attach side arms (items B) to the inside face of each chassis with chassis spacer plates (items E) as spacers at the rearmost mounting point on the skeletal chassis.
- Fix side arms in place using bolts (items M) with flat washers (items N) and fix other components using the specified items according to the instructions provided.
- Attach the crossbar (item A) to the side arms using specified bolts and nuts.
- Attach extension (item F) to the crossbar ensuring proper alignment and use the spacer tube (item T1) at the lower mounting point.
- Fix additional components as per the instructions and fully tighten all fixings to ensure the towbar is rigid, square, and secure.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Towbar Installation
- Remove the four fixings at the rearmost mounting points. (Auto-Trail Models F60/F62, these Models will not use item E).
- Loosely attach items B to the inside face of each chassis, with items E as spacers at the rearmost mounting point on the skeletal chassis and fix in place using items M with items N and items P with items C and D inserted into the chassis. (Note: Items C are inserted through the ends of the chassis and items D through the side face). Using the locations shown in Figures 1 to 4.
- Using items L with items N loosely fix item A to items B.
- Using items J with items N and item K with items N fix item F to item A ensuring item T1 is fitted at the lower mounting point to the position shown in Figures 1 & 2 for Auto-Trail Models, for other skeletal based vehicle to the setting best suited to the vehicle.
- Using item H fix item S and T to item F then fully tighten all fixings ensuring the Towbar is rigid, square, and secure.

- Nose load limits and vehicle manufacturer’s trailer / caravan weight limits must be observed.
