Product Information

The product comes with various components including a Ceiling Canopy, Rods of different lengths, a Fixture Body, Glass Decorations, a Crossbar, Wiring connectors, and mounting hardware.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation – Pendant (MAP5028GFL, MAP5028EK)

1. Install the required Rods based on ceiling height.
2. Tighten the hex nut inside the Ceiling Canopy.
3. Attach Ceiling Canopy to Upper Rod.
4. Install Crossbar Assembly to Outlet Box.
5. Wire the fixture following color codes.
6. Attach Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar Assembly.
7. Install the correct bulbs and Glass Decorations.

Installation – Semi-Flush (MAP1728GFL, MAP1728EK)

1. Remove Swivel if present.
2. Attach Ceiling Canopy to Fixture Body.
3. Wire the fixture following color codes and cut supply wires leaving a specific length.
4. Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar Assembly.
5. Install the correct bulbs and Glass Decorations.

FAQ

1. Can I install this fixture on an angled ceiling?
   • Yes, for angled ceilings, make sure to position the Swivel opening towards the wall during installation.
2. What is the recommended bulb type and wattage for this fixture?
   • The recommended bulb type is Candelabra (E12) with a maximum wattage of 60W per bulb.
3. Can this fixture be used as both a pendant light and a semi-flush light?
   • Yes, this fixture is convertible and can be mounted in both configurations. Do not cut supply wires if using it as a pendant light.

INSTALLATION

OPTION: PENDANT 1 – MAP5028GFL,MAP5028EK

1. Install Rods
   • Optional Rods:
   • 8 Feet Ceiling: (2) 12″L Rods.
   • 9 Feet Ceiling: (2) 6″L Rods + (2) 12″L Rods.
2. Tighten hex nut inside of the Ceiling Canopy
3. Install Ceiling Canopy to Upper Rod
4. Install Crossbar Assembly
5. Wiring
6. Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar Assembly
7. Install Bulbs
   • Install six correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.
   • Recommended Bulb type (not included).
8. Install Glass Decoration A and Glass Decoration B

IMPORTANT: This CONVERTIBLE fixture can be mounted as a pendant light or semi-flush light. DO NOT CUT SUPPLY WIRES if you intend to use it as a pendant light.

OPTION 2: SEMI-FLUSH – MAP1728GFL, MAP1728EK

Set aside (2) 6″L Rods and (2) 12″L Rods, swivel since they are not required for the semi-flush installation.

1. Remove Swivel
2. Install Ceiling Canopy to Fixture Body
   • Cut the supply wires leaving approximately 8” of wire extending from the ceiling canopy after assembly.
3. Wiring
4. Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar Assembly
5. Install Bulbs
   • Install six correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.
   • Recommended Bulb type (not included).
6. Install Glass Decoration A and Glass Decoration B

Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save this sheet for future reference.
