NOYAFA NF-603 Radiation Detector High Sensitivity
Dear user, thank you for purchasing this product. Please read the Instructions carefully before use.
Overview
NF-603 is a high-range nuclear radiation dose alarm instrument for detecting
they-ray, X-ray and 13-ray. This instrument takes the GM counter as the
detector and has the characteristics such as high range and accurate
measurement. Compared with the peer products in domestic, it is a wearable
pocket-size instrument powerful in functions, small in volume and low in power
consumption, and the major technical indexes meet the national and
international standards.
The instrument can be widely applied to the scenarios such as home,
irradiation processing enterprises, hygiene and disease control, radiotherapy,
nuclear laboratories, nuclear power plant, import & export commodity
inspection, building materials, petrochemical engineering, geological survey,
iron and steel scrap, industrial nondestructive inspection and personal
radiation dose control and protection.
Operating Instructions
-
0n/Off
Long press ” “to power on/off. -
Normal test mode
-
After powering on, it defaults to start the normal test mode. The two values displayed on the upper interface represent for setting the real-time dose alarm value and accumulated dose alarm value, while the values displayed at the bottom represent for the real-time dose and accumulated storage dose detected in real time. The four dose units are: uSv/h, mSv/h, uSv and mSv.
-
In this mode, long press” “to reset the accumulated storage dose or” “to start the alarm value setting mode.
-
Alarm prompt:
When the real-time dose value or accumulated storage dose value detected in real time is larger than the alarm threshold, the instrument will send an alarm prompt, an alarm icon will appear on the upper left corner, the buzzer will have “beep, beep” sound until both the values are smaller than the alarm threshold. -
Alarm value setting mode
-
In the normal test mode, long press the left key to start the alarm value setting mode; the value/unit is selected when it flashes; short press” “to increase the value or switch the unit, short press” “to decrease the value or switch the unit, or short press ” “to switch the selected position.
-
In this mode, long press” “to exit the alarm setting mode, save the value/unit automatically and restart the normal test mode.
-
Backlight mode
After powering on, the backlight mode is started automatically.
If there is no operation within 60s, the backlight is turned off automatically; it can be reactivated by pressing any keys.
