Product Usage Instructions

Assembly

  1. Step 1: Remove the frame by pulling it apart to open up the wagon.
  2. Step 2: Insert the wheels into the designated keyway. Ensure a secure fit to prevent them from being removed easily.
  3. Step 3: Place the flat panel at the bottom of the wagon for a stable base. Extend the handle upward by pressing the button.

  1. Step 1: Remove the flat panel from the wagon.
  2. Step 2: If needed, release the wheels by pressing the yellow release button and pulling them out. This step is optional for storage purposes.
  3. Step 3: Compact the wagon by pushing the frame ends together. Fold the flat panel around the frame and secure it with hook and loop straps.

  • DO NOT use the wagon for a task it is not designed to perform.
  • DO NOT make any modifications to the wagon.
  • DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the wagon.
  • DO NOT apply off-center loads.
  • DO NOT operate the wagon when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating medication.
  • DO NOT climb upon the wagon.
  • DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the wagon.

  • Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), should be worn at all times when operating or repairing the wagon. No protective equipment can ensure 100% protection.
  • When selecting PPE, make sure it’s CE marked and it suits the user in terms of size, fit, etc.
  • If more than one item of PPE is worn at the same time, make sure they can be used together, e.g. wearing safety glasses may disturb the seal of a respirator, causing air leaks.

  • Carefully remove the product from the packaging and examine it for any sign of damage caused during shipping. Lay the contents out and check them.
  • If any part is damaged or missing, you must not use the product. Contact us immediately. You must keep the packaging material in case the product needs to be returned or repaired.
  • Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools you need for assembly and operation including suitable personal protective equipment.

Assembly

  • Step 1 Remove the frame and pull it apart to open it up.
  • Step 2 Insert the wheels. Ensure the wheels are fitted into the right shape keyway. You will know the wheels are secured as you will not be able to remove them by pulling.
  • Step 3 Place the flat panel in the bottom of the wagon, this will provide a sturdy base. Also, press the button on the handle to extend the handle upward.

Packing Away

  • Step 1 Remove the flat panel from the wagon.
  • Step 2 Release the wheels by pressing the yellow release button and pulling them out of their slot.
    • This step is optional if you only want to put the wagon in storage.
  • Step 3  Push the ends of the frame together to compact the wagon.
    • The flat panel can fold around the frame and be secured using the hook and loop straps.
