Carrier X4 Vector Alarm Only Lightbar

Alarm Only Lightbar Installation
- Models : X4 and Vector
- Purpose : The intent of this technical instruction is to provide guidelines for installing single LED alarm only light bar.

Installation Instructions
1| Install customer supplied LED with harness into customer supplied
lightbar bracket.

| **| Install bracket at customer specified location on trailer.
3**| Install seal on each wire. Crimp terminal to conductor/seal.

| | Remove LB cap and secondary lock from cap. Remove plug from cavity G and
insert + terminal. Remove plug from cavity H and insert – terminal. Install
secondary lock.
5| Route harness straight across the front of the trailer to the unit
frame, down the frame, and underneath the unit. Secure the harness with
cushion clamps.
6| Connect the lightbar harness to the LB connector on the TRU
7| Configure the lightbar setting to 2 Light No Alarm.
