Product Usage Instructions
Power On
Connect the charging cable to the ring to boot up the device.
Connection
Search and download the app “QRing” from the APP Store or Google Play. Open
the app and pair the ring with your device.
Charging Reminder
The red light will flash during charging, and the green light will flash after
it is fully charged.
Fully Charge
Ensure the ring is fully charged before use for optimal performance.
Wearing Method
Wear the ring on your suitable finger (index, middle, or ring finger) for
better data monitoring. Make sure it fits comfortably and snugly.
HR, SPO2 Sensor
For accurate heart rate and blood oxygen measurement, position the sensor on
the inside of your fingers when wearing the ring.
Note
Before use, read and follow all precautions for optimal performance. Choose a
suitable size, keep the contact area dry, and consult a doctor if any adverse
reactions occur.
Secure
Keep the charging cable and device in a dry environment while charging. Avoid
contact with liquids and do not disassemble or modify the battery to prevent

- Please keep the charging cable and device in a dry environment when charging. Do not touch the charging cable with wet hands and avoid it being immersed in liquids such as water.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert foreign objects, or immerse it in water or other liquids to avoid causing battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture the battery. Avoid the battery causing the big external pressure, which can cause internal short circuits and overheating issues.
