Operating Panel

Cleaning   Button

  • To activate the manual cleaning cycle, simply press the cleaning cycle button. The buzzer will sound once to indicate that the cleaning cycle has begun. During the cleaning cycle, you can press the same button to pause or resume the cleaning cycle.
  • To activate the manual litter tray emptying function, press and hold the cleaning cycle button for 3 seconds. The buzzer will sound once, indicating that the litter emptying cycle has begun. During the emptying cycle, you can press the same button to pause or resume the cycle.
  • After adding or changing the cat litter inside the automatic cat litter box, you need to calibrate the weight. This is done by pressing the cleaning button twice quickly. Once the weight calibration is completed, the buzzer will sound three times.

WIFI Configuration Function

  • Press the WIFI button and hold for 3 seconds. The machine will search for available WIFI networks. Use the app to connect to your network.
  • If the top light turns on, it is connecting.
  • If the middle light turns on, it has successfully connected to a WIFI network.
  • If the bottom light turns on, it was unable to connect.
  • If the white light stays on, it means the machine is currently performing a cleaning cycle.
  • If the white light flashes, it means the cleaning cycle has been paused.
  • If the blue light stays on, it means the cat litter is being emptied.
  • If the blue light flashes, it means the emptying cycle has been paused.
  • If the yellow light stays on, it means the top cover or waste tray is not properly attached to the litter box, or the waste tray is full, or the air freshener bottle needs to be replaced.
  • If the yellow light flashes, it means there is a malfunction. Please check the (Malfunction Self-Diagnosis] section on for a solution.

Delayed Cleaning Button

  • Use the delayed cleaning function to set the cat litter clumping time. Press the delayed cleaning button repeatedly to scroll through and select one of the 3 available options.
  • If the top light is on, automatic cleaning will occur 5 minutes after each litter box use.
  • If the middle light is on, automatic cleaning will occur 10 minutes after each litter box use.
  • If the bottom light is on, automatic cleaning will occur 20 minutes after each litter box use.

Notes
The delayed cleaning setting is only active when the cat litter box is set to automatic cleaning mode.

Installation Instructions

Automatic cat litter box Installation

  1. Air freshener liquid and air freshener device (Optional)

  2. Take out the air freshener bottle, unscrew the bottle cap and fill it with air freshener liquid

  3.  Take out the a1r freshener device.

  4. Insert the bottle into the air freshener device. Press it upwards into the device to break the seal, then screw it into the device. Make sure you screw it tightly to prevent any leakage. 

  5.  Locate the back cover of the machine, press the two clips upwards, and then lift the back cover outwards to remove it.

  6. Align the air freshener device with the ridges, and slide it into place.

  7. Reattach the back cover.

  8. Before starting the installation, carefully read the Operating Manual, check that none of the components are missing and that everything is in good condition.

  9.  How to add cat litter

  10.  Carefully remove the top cover.

  11. Pour recommended amount of clumping cat litter through the top opening on the rotating drum. (Typically 4 liters IS recommended for the initial setup.)

  12. Ensure that the added cat litter does not exceed the maximum measurement line (MAX) or fall below the minimum measurement line (MIN) inside the drum.

  13. Place the top cover back on the litter box. Quickly double-click the cleaning button to calibrate the weight of the cat litter. Once the weight calibration completed, the buzzer will sound three times.
    Notes
    Suitable cat litter types: clumping bentonite cat litter, clumping mineral litter, clumping soya cat litter, and mixed clumping litter. All cat litter must have a diameter less than 3mm and a length less than 30mm.

  14. How to use the waste bags for the waste tray

  15. CD Pull out the waste tray.

  16. Secure the waste bag to the front two clips first, then pull it backwards over the rear two comers. Put the tray back into the automatic cat litter box.

Operating Instructions

Operating Guide

  • Insert the small, round piece at the end of the cable of the power adapter fully into the rear hole of the product.
  • Insert the power adapter plug into an electrical outlet.
  • The buzzer will sound once, and the product will turn on, initiating a self-test (the cleaning button white light and the first delayed cleaning button indicator will remain on while the drum rotates). Once the drum stops rotating, that means that the product has completed the self-test and is ready for use.

Interface Navigation

WIFI configuration instructions

  1.  Tum on the machine and tum on your phone’s Bluetooth. Press and hold    the WIFI button on the machine for 3 seconds. The top white light next to the WIFI button will tum on and reason.

  2. Scan the QR code below to download and install the Smart Life app.

  3. Open the Smart Life APP, click on the top right comer to O select “Add Device”. There are two ways to add a device:

  4. Quick Add: The App will automatically search for nearby devices that can be connected. Click to add and connect to the device.

  5.  Manual Add: Select the device from the list and follow the steps to connect to the device. Notes
    2.4G devices must connect to a 2.4G WIFI network. In this case, please make sure the router is operating on 2.4G during connection, otherwise the network connection will fail. The automatic cat litter box (Dual-Band Wi-Fi Model) supports network configuration under both the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi bands.

  6. For devices that have completed the network setup, changing the WIFI username/password will cause the device to disconnect. You will need to disconnect the device on the App, then press and hold the Wifi button on the device for 3 seconds to reconnect to the network.

  7. CD You can check to see the last time the  cat used the litter box.

  8. The main page displays the available  functions and the current status of the Automatic Cat Litter box.

  9. Click on the clean button to start a  cleaning cycle.

  10.  Press the deodorize button to spray  some of the air freshener into the waste tray.

  11. Press the remove button to empty all  of the cat litter into the waste tray.

  12. Click on ‘toilet usage today’ to go to the Litter Box Usage page.

  13. Here you will see a graph displaying the amount of times your cat has used the litter box during the day and the average duration.

  14. Click the calendar icon on the top left comer of the graph to see graphs from the last 7 days.

  15. Underneath the graph you can see an overview of the recent automatic cat litter box activity.
    Adjust the settings of the Automatic Cat Litter box according to your needs via the settings menu.

  16. Lock and unlock the buttons on the machine.

  17. Tum the button lights on or off.

  18. Tum the button sounds on or off.

  19. this mode is activated, the Automatic Cat Litter Box will disable its automatic cleaning function and the scheduled cleaning function. Users can only clean the cat litter box by pressing the manual cleaning button on the device or the “Clean” button on the app.

  20. If Sleep mode is activated, the Automatic Cat Litter Box will disable the automatic cleaning function during the set sleep period.

  21. Select the time and duration of the sleep period.

  22. Set the cat litter clumping time.

  23. Set the scheduled cleaning time for the cat litter box.

  24. Restore factory settings

Cleaning and Maintenance

Routine Maintenance

  • The specific air freshener liquid provided can be used to deodorize the waste tray.
  • The specific waste bags provided can be used to keep the waste tray clean and make emptying the waste tray easy and convenient.

    Cleaning and maintenance work is not covered by the warranty

Cat Litter Replacement

  1. CD Press and hold the cleaning button for 3 seconds, the buzzer will sound once, activating the cat litter emptying function.
  2. Pull out the waste tray and  replace the waste bag (filled with cat litter) with a new (empty) one.
  3. Carefully raise the top cover to remove it.
  4. Pour a suitable amount of cat litter through the opening at the top of the rotating drum. Ensure that the quantity of cat litter added does not exceed the maximum measurement line (MAX) or fall below the minimum measurement line (MIN) inside the drum.
  5. Place the top cover back on the litter box. Quickly double-click the cleaning button to calibrate the weight of the cat litter. Once the weight calibration 1s completed, the buzzer will sound three times.

How to clean the waste tray, rotating drum, anti-pinch tubes and how to replace the air freshener liquid

  1.  How to clean the waste tray

  2. CD Pull out the waste tray.

  3. Remove the waste bag, then pull the drawstring tight to seal the bag.

  4. The waste tray can be rinsed with clean water. After drying, install a new waste bag before repositioning the tray into the Automatic cat litter box.

  5. How to clean the rotating drum

  6. Lift and remove the top cover.

  7. Lift and remove the rotating drum.

  8. Use a dry towel to wipe the inside of the product, paying special attention to the anti-pinch tubes in the four corners.
    (Here are the locations of the anti-pinch tubes)

  9. Locate the strainer inside the rotating drum and lift it up from the base to detach it.

  10. Remove the strainer from the rotating drum.

  11. The rotating drum can be gently washed with clean water, but avoid scrubbing the anti-stick pad.

  12. Clean the strainer separately with water and let it dry before reinstalling it.

  13. How to replace the air freshener liquid bottle

  14. CD Unplug the device, then find and remove the back cover located on the back of the machine.

  15. Grip the bottom of the air freshener device and carefully pull it outwards to remove it.

  16.  Twist the air freshener bottle to detach it from the device. Then fill it with air freshener liquid.

  17. Align the air freshener device with the ridges, and slide it into place.

  18. Reattach the back cover.

Restrictions

  • Place the device on a flat surface in a cool, dry indoor area. Do not expose the machine to strong sunlight, as this can wear out the machine components. Do not allow children to operate, touch, approach, or climb on the device. Children and individuals with intellectual disabilities should use the product under the supervision of a guardian.
  • Please do not use gasoline and other organic solutions to wipe the body of the machine. Rinsing or immersing the machine in water is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not allow the machine to come into contact with or be placed near flammable or explosive materials.
  • To save electricity, please disconnect the machine from the power supply when not in use for a long time and remove any remaining litter from the box.
  • The device must be securely installed before use.
  • Do not use a step-up transformer with this machine.
  • Do not use this machine inside a cabinet or in a place where water is sprayed.
  • Keep the machine at least 10cm away from the wall. Do not place any items on top, underneath or around the machine.
  •  Only ever place this product on a clean, flat, hard surface.

Professionals Required

  • It is strictly prohibited to extend the power cord. This is a safety measure to avoid causing fires.
  • If the power cord becomes damaged, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, maintenance department, or a similar entity to avoid hazards.

SAFETY WARNINGS

  • When disconnecting the power supply, please do not directly pull the power cord, as doing so could cause it to break.
  • Do not place flammable or volatile substances near this device.
  • Handle with care during transportation and loading/unloading to prevent damaging the machine and its accessories.
  • It is prohibited to install the device outdoors. It should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry, indoor environment with a temperature of 4-40?, and relative humidity below 90%, without any corrosive gases in the surroundings. If the ambient temperature drops to 0°C, the air freshener liquid should be drained in time to prevent it from freezing and damaging the machine.
  • Please only use the specified types of cat litter for this product mentioned in this manual. After the machine has been turned off, please empty out the cat litter in the drum and the waste tray.
  • Please keep the power cord clean and do not touch it with wet hands. Some slight vibration and noise may occur when the drum rotates, that is normal.
  •  Keep away from damp or dusty areas as they may cause circuit damage.
  • Keep away from strong magnetic appliances, as their presence may cause fire, product damage, or circuit malfunction.
  • When moving this machine to a new location, handle it with care and do not drag it.
  • Do not place any items on top of the product, as it may affect its normal operation.
  • This product is only suitable for use with the specified accessories provided by our company.

Product Parameters

The following parameters are subject to change due to product modification. Please refer to the product nameplate for accurate information. It is recommended to use in an environment with a temperature of 4~40. The ambient temperature must not be lower than 2, otherwise, the air freshener liquid may freeze and damage the product.

Warranty Notice

  • Maintenance Service Warranty
  • If the product malfunctions, please contact your local authorized dealer service network or customer service center. The automatic cat litter box comes with a two-year warranty for the entire machine.
  • Consumable parts such as the air freshener liquid are not covered under the warranty. Please purchase replacements as needed.
  • The warranty period begins on the date indicated on the product invoice.

The warranty does not cover any of the following circumstances:

  1. Damage caused by improper use, storage, or maintenance by consumers.
  2. Damage caused by assembly, disassembly, or repairs made by consumers that did not use the designated maintenance facilities.
  3. If the model number on the invoice does not match the model number of the product being repaired, or there has been an alteration.
  4. If the consumer failed to present a valid invoice.
  5. Damage caused by force majeure.
  6. Our Company is not responsible for quality issues ansmg from the use of non-standard complimentary gifts or accessories provided by us.
  7. For products used for non-domestic purposes, the warranty period for the entire device is reduced to six months.
  8. Malfunctions caused by human error or improper use are not covered under the warranty.
  9. Please only use accessories provided by our Company. Do not reuse used parts.
  10. Malfunctions and damages caused by forcibly using the product beyond normal operating conditions are not covered under the warranty. Our customer service center is still willing to assist with products no longer under warranty.
