How to Use

Clear the Dust Cup

1. Remove the dust cup

   • Press the dust cup release button and lift the dust cup at the same time to remove the dust cup from the body

2. Empty the dust cup

Open the dust cup lid and clean the dust cup

3. Install the Dust Cup

   •  Rotate the filter cone clockwise until you hear a click and remove the filter cone upward. Pull out the inlet air filter for cleaning.
4. • Install the dust cup on the body after press it down as shown. When you hear the latching sound, it is installed in place.

5. Filters and cartridges clearing notes

The filter and cartridge can be rinsed with water and need tobe dried after cleaning before putting back into the dust cup.An un dried filter can cause electrical shock and malfunction.

ATTENTION:

Before installing the dust cup, make sure that all accessories including filter pads are in completely dry condition.

Troubleshooting

Attention

If you find that machine works abnormally, please turn off it immediately and cut off the p

The socket is out of power| Make sure that the socket is with power
The power switch is off| Turn on it
Suction power decreases and it sounds louder| There is too much dust in the dust cup| Clean the dust in the dust cup
The HEPA is fully cover with dust| Clean HEPA sets
Suction inlet of accessory is blocked| Clear the blockage
It suddenly doesn’t work| Dust cup, filter sets, air outlet, or suction inlet of accessory is blocked| If this happens, please turn off it, unplug the power plug and remove the blockage, waiting for about 30 minutes before resuming to use

Warranty

1. The warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of product receipt.

2. In the period of warranty, damages and malfunction in the process of normal usage will be repaired for free. If it can not be recovered, replacement will be provided.
   3.The warranty does not cover or apply to:

   • (a) Damages caused by misoperation or careless

   • (b) Damages caused by transportation

   • (c) Damages caused by pets (grabbing, biting or touching)

   • (d) Damages or malfunction caused by fire, earthquake and other natural disasters;

   • (e) Damages or malfunction caused by cases besides ordinary household applications (such a commercial use for long time and so on)

   • (f) Purchase date has been 12 months ago.
     4. Below cases will not be repaired either within or beyond warranty period:

   • (a) The product is not directly purchased from official sales channel(such as individual sales, auction and so on)

   • (b) Customers disassemble the products or try to change it

   • (c) Consumable parts and accessories

3. The warranty period of the replacement is starting from the original purchase date

4. The repairment and replacement is effective in some certain countries.

5. If there is any question or repairment demand, please contact us for instruction.

6. We reserve the right to update warranty policy in necessary cases without additional notice.
