FIRST USE

Check before use
Check that the environmental conditions comply with the conditions on the light‘s label. The end user is responsible for contact with possible chemicals and the housing. Never use the light if it is technically or physically damaged. The housing and the lifting lever are made of aluminum and pose a risk of ignition in the event of mechanical impact or friction. Aged or chipped seals must be replaced to meet the requirements of the Ex certification and the IP code.

Assembly

  • Tilt the mast to the horizontal end position and allow it to slide down a little so that it slides into the locking mechanism (illustration below). Tighten the lower hand screw. Raise the mast to the desired working height and tighten the upper hand screw.
  • For dismantling, the process is simply carried out in reverse.

Light
Press the on/off button on the back of the lamp head (right button). Power mode switches on (1600 lumens). Press again for work mode (500 lumens). Press again to switch the light off. For flashing mode, press and hold the button for 6 seconds when switched off. The light now flashes in power mode (1600 lumens). Press again to make the light flash in work mode (500 lumens). Press again to switch the light off.

Battery level
The light starts to flash every 10 minutes for the last 30 minutes to signal a low battery level. In the last 5 minutes the light will flash constantly.

Charging

  • Insert the blue charging plug into the blue charging socket. Turn the locking ring. Connect the charger to a suitable power source.
  • Slow, yellow flashing: Pre-charging.
