ARMED
To fold my scooter, I must first slide the folding lever lock up to release
it. I then disengage the folding lever from the steering stem and smoothly
move the stem towards the rear wheel.
To unfold the scooter, I simply move the steering axis to an upright position.
With one hand I hold the shaft in that position while with the other I locate
the folding lever. Then I close the lever by pushing it hard toward the
steering stem until it snaps into place.
Open the quick release on the seat post mount on the frame and attach the seat post. Adjust the seat height to a comfortable position, then close the quick release.
Remove the 4 mounting bolts from the luggage basket above the rear fender.
Fit the roof basket and secure it in place with the screws you just removed.

To assemble the scooter, loosen the steering rack lock from a hook on a fender, then raise it to an upright position and lock the lever.
ADJUST THROTTLE AND BRAKES
If a brake is too tight: use an M5 hexagon wrench and tighten the screws counterclockwise of the brake disc tensioner pulley, slightly shorten the length of the rear brake cable, and then tighten a tensioner pulley. If you think the brake is too free, loosen an idler pulley, pull on a brake cable to slightly increase the length of your tail. Tighten an idler pulley.
