Product Usage Instructions
Before First Use:
- Fully charge the keyboard before the first use.
- Place the product on a dry, flat, even surface.
Operation Instructions:
- Turn on the media keyboard by pressing the on/off switch. The LED status indicator will begin flashing blue.
- Depending on the operating system of your device (PC, Android, iOS™), follow the specific instructions below.
- To pair with a device, select BT5.0 Keyboard from the devices list. The LED status indicator will flash slowly during pairing.
- Once paired successfully, the LED status indicator will stop flashing blue.
- To activate multimedia key function, press the designated keys simultaneously as per your operating system.
- If the media keyboard or device is turned off, press any key and wait for up to 10 seconds for reconnection.
For Android (Smartphone & Tablet):
- Open the settings on your smartphone or tablet.
- Click on the connected devices menu to view current connections.
- Select BT5.0 Keyboard to initiate pairing.
- Press pair button on the pop-up menu to complete pairing.
- Press fn and W buttons simultaneously to activate multimedia keys.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: What should I do if the media keyboard is not pairing with my device?
- A: Ensure the media keyboard is turned on and in pairing mode.\ Check that the LED status indicator is flashing blue during pairing. Try restarting both devices and attempt pairing again.
- Q: How can I charge the keyboard?
- A: You can charge the keyboard using the provided USB Micro B charging cable. Connect it to a power source such as a computer orUSB wall adapter.

- Unpack the product but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new product is undamaged and in good working order. Ensure you have all accessories listed in this manual.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Fully charge the keyboard before the first use.
- Turn on the media keyboard by pressing the on/off switch. The LED status indicator will begin flashing blue.
- Press the “fn” and “C” buttons simultaneously on the keyboard to begin the Bluetooth® pairing process.
- Refer to the instructions below depending on the operating system of the device such as PC (Windows), Android or iOS™.
NOTE : The media keyboard will enter standby mode after it has been inactive for 10 minutes. Press any key to to disable standby mode.
PC (Windows):

Click on the start menu and find settings located on the left hand control panel.

Click on the devices menu which will display a list of current Bluetooth® devices.
NOTE: Bluetooth® must be turned on in order for the media keyboard to connect -
Click on the “Add Bluetooth® or other device” button and select Bluetooth®devices to begin scanning
NOTE: The PC must be Bluetooth® enabled in order to connect to the media keyboard otherwise a Bluetooth® adaptor is required. -
Select “BT5.0 Keyboard” from the devices list in order to pair. The LED status indicator will begin flashing slowly while pairing
NOTE: Ensure the media keyboard is turned on and the LED status indicator is flashing blue -
The LED status indicator will stop flashing blue once the media keyboard has been paired successfully.

Press the “fn” and “E” (Windows) buttons simultaneously on the keyboard at the same time to activate the multimedia key function
NOTE: If you do not activate the multimedia key function; then the multimedia keys will not work correctly
NOTE: If the device or media keyboard has been turned off, press any key and wait for up to 10 seconds for the connection to be established
Android (Smartphone & Tablet):

Open the settings on the smartphone or tablet.

Click on the connected devices menu which will display a list of current Bluetooth® devices.
NOTE: Bluetooth® must be turned on the smartphone or tablet in order for the media keyboard to connect. -
Click on the “Pair new device® button which will begin scanning for Bluetooth® devices.

Select “BT5.0 Keyboard” from the devices list in order to pair. The LED status indicator will begin flashing slowly while pairing
NOTE: Ensure the media keyboard is turned on and the LED status indicator is flashing blue. -
A pop up menu will display asking to pair with the current device. Press the pair button to finish pairing.

The LED status indicator will stop flashing blue once the media keyboard has been paired successfully.

Press the “fn” and “W” (Android) buttons simultaneously on the keyboard to activate the multimedia key function.
NOTE: If you do not activate the multimedia key function; then the multimedia keys will not work correctly
NOTE: If the device or media keyboard has been turned off, press any key and wait for up to 10 seconds for the connection to be established.
iOS™ (iPhone® & iPad®):

Open the settings on the iPhone® or iPad®.

Click on the “Bluetooth®” button which will display a list of current Bluetooth® devices.
NOTE: Bluetooth® must be turned on the iPhone® or iPad® in order for the media keyboard to connect -
Scroll down to “other devices” which will which will begin scanning for new Bluetooth® devices.

Select “BT5.0 Keyboard” from the devices list in order to pair. The LED status indicator will begin flashing slowly while pairing.
NOTE: Ensure the media keyboard is turned on and the LED status indicator is flashing blue. -
The LED status indicator will stop flashing blue once the media keyboard has been paired successfully.

Press the “fn” and “Q” (iOS™) buttons simultaneously on the keyboard to activate the multimedia key function.
NOTE: If you do not activate the multimedia key function; then the multimedia
keys will not work correctly.
NOTE: If the device or media keyboard has been turned off, press any key and
wait for up to 10 seconds for the connection to be established
Bluetooth® Channel Switch:
The media keyboard supports two Bluetooth® devices to be connected at the same time. One device may be connected to channel 1 and a second device connected to channel 2.
NOTE: The Bluetooth® connection may take up to 10 seconds when pressing the Bluetooth® channel switch to change to a different device.
Charging
- Connect the USB Micro B charging cable to the USB charging socket of the keyboard.
- Connect the opposite end of the USB Micro B charging cable to a USB mains power adaptor or a computer USB port.
- The LED status indicator will turn red while charging and turn off when charging is complete.
NOTE: The LED status indicator will flash red when the keyboard has a low battery.
MULTIMEDIA BUTTONS
NOTE: The multimedia buttons need to be activated in order for it to work on PC, Android or iOS™. Refer to the instructions on page 5-7 to setup up the multimedia buttons depending on which operating system is being used.
PC (Windows):

iOS® (iPhone® & iPad®):
NOTE: Some devices using Windows, Android or iOS™ may not be compatible with certain multimedia keys.
CLEANING, CARE, STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
- Always turn off the keyboard and remove the charging cable before cleaning the keyboard.
- Only use a soft cloth when cleaning the keyboard, do not use a damp sponge or cloth.
- Store the keyboard in a clean and dry place.
- Turn off the keyboard when not in use to preserve the battery life.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The keyboard will not turn on.| Ensure the battery is fully charged, connect the USB Micro B charging cable to a suitable USB mains power adaptor or a computer USB port.
Ensure the power switch is turned on.

Battery is not charging.| Ensure the charging cable is in working order
and it is connected to a USB mains power adaptor or a computer USB port using
5VDC,500mA.
Bluetooth® won’t connect.| A Bluetooth® enabled device is required when
using this keyboard, otherwise a Bluetooth® USB or PCIE adaptor is required
when using Windows.
Ensure the Bluetooth® is turned on when using Android or iOS™. Connect to the Bluetooth™ name “BT5.0 Keyboard” and make sure the keyboard has the correct channel switch.
Some multimedia keys are not working.| The Multimedia function needs to be activated by pressing the “fn” and either the “Q”, “W” or “E” buttons simultaneously depending on which operating system is being used. Refer to the instructions on page 5-7 to this function Some devices using Windows, Android or iOS™ may not be compatible with certain multimedia keys.
