Operation

To start using the Salva Frio FLC-20, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the equipment is properly connected to water supply, drainage, and electric power.
  2. Open the door using the electromagnetic closure managed from the control panel.
  3. Load the trays with your bakery products for fermentation.
  4. Select the desired fermentation mode (retarded or direct) using the Control Panel FC-Touch.
  5. Monitor the fermentation process through the reflectors and ensure optimum air distribution.
  6. When fermentation is complete, safely remove your products from the equipment.

INSTALLATIONS IN DETAIL

Water supply
Network with maximum pressure intake between 1-1,5 kg/cm2. It is necessary to set manual key between the connection of the IVERPAN and the general water supply (rubber tube provided by SALVA).

Drainage
The drain connection from the IVERPAN to the premises is done by 20 mm diameter rubber tube.

Electric power supply
The electrical connection should be performed by authorized professionals, following the rules in force in each country.
