POWER UP
- Insert 2-AA batteries into the Pool Sensor’s Battery Compartment. Securely reattach the twist-on Battery Cover, ensuring the lines meet correctly to prevent water from entering.
- Insert 2-AA batteries into the Pool Station.
- Configure Basic Settings.
- Once the sensor is reading to your pool station you can place it in your pool.
SETTINGS
- Hold the HI/LO button to enter the Settings Menu.
- Press the + or – button to adjust values.
- Press the HI/LO button to confirm, move to the next item or exit.
Settings Menu Order:
- 12/24 Hour Format
- Hour
- Minutes
- Fahrenheit/Celsius
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
VIEW INDOOR TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY
- Press the button to toggle between Indoor Temperature and Indoor Humidity readings, or activate Auto-Scroll.
- When the Auto-Scroll Icon appears in the bottom right corner, the display will switch between these readings every 5 seconds.
ADD-ON TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY SENSOR
To add an add-on sensor (sold separately) to this 331-1409 display:
- Insert 2-AA batteries into the new TH sensor.
- Hold the button to search for the sensor.
- Press the TX button on the sensor to force a signal.
- The Pool Icon shows when pool sensor is displayed.
- The Sensor Icon shows when the add-on sensor is displayed.
HI/LO TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDTY READINGS
- Press the HI/LO button to view HI and LO records.
- The HI/LO Record from the pool sensor are constantly displayed.
- The records will reset automatically each day at midnight.
- To manually reset the HI/LO records press the HI/LO button to view the records. Then hold the (-) MINUS button to reset each record individually when viewed.
CONNECT TO LA CROSSE VIEW™ APP
If you already own a La Crosse View connected display, you can use your La Crosse View app to monitor your Pool Sensor’s readings, as well as set temperature alerts right on your phone.
- Open your La Crosse View app and select ADD DEVICES from the main menu.
- Scan the Bar Code or type in the Device ID on the side of the Battery Compartment.
- Give the device a Name and Location, and press Save.
Within the next few minutes, you should begin seeing your Pool Sensor’s data within your app.
Note : The LTV-POOL sensor is fully functional without being connected to the La Crosse View app.
LOW BATTERY INDICATORS
- When a Low Battery Indicator appears by the time, replace the batteries in the Pool Station
- When a Low Battery Indicator appears by the Pool Sensor, replace the batteries in the Pool Sensor.
CARE + MAINTENANCE
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix Alkaline, Lithium, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
- Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for intended use.
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
- Ensure the batteries have with correct polarity (+ / -).
- Remove batteries from equipment that will not to be used for an extended period.
- Promptly remove expired batteries
