IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using your appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
- Use the appliance only for its intended use.

Use the appliance for its intended use only.
WARNING!
The voltage of your electrical installation must correspond to that of the
appliance (120V).
Connecting to the wrong voltage may cause irreparable damage to the appliance and will invalidate your warranty.
- This section concerns only appliances with polarized plugs (one blade of the plug is wider than the other): to reduce the risk of electric shock, the appliance is fitted with a polarized plug. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
- The clean pad accessory must never be used to clean surfaces. This accessory is only made to remove hairs and lint from textiles.
- To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitting from steam vents, check the appliance before each use by holding it away from the body and operating the steam button.
- The surfaces that are marked with this sign mean the steam head is very hot during the use of the appliance. Do not touch this surface before the appliance has completely cooled down.
- Do not direct steam at people, animals, or clothes while they are being worn.
- Never disconnect the appliance by pulling on the power cord; instead, grasp the plug and pull it to remove it from the socket outlet.
- The appliance must not be left unattended while it is connected to the outlet.
- The plug must be removed from the outlet before the water reservoir is filled with water.
- The appliance must be used and rested on a stable surface.
- When placing the appliance on its stand, ensure that the surface on which the stand is placed is stable.
- The appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage, or if it is leaking.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The use of accessory attachments other than those provided by the manufacturer is not recommended and may result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
Before first use
When you first use the appliance, some smoke or a harmless odor may be
produced or there may be a small discharge of particles. This will not affect
the use of the appliance and will disappear quickly.
What water to use?
Your appliance has been designed to use untreated tap water. Do not use pure
demineralized or pure distilled water. If your water is very hard, mix 50% tap
water and 50% bottled demineralized water. Never use water containing
additives (starch, perfume, aromatic substances, softeners, etc.), or
condensation water (for example water from tumble dryers, water from
refrigerators, water from air conditioning units, rainwater). This water
contains organic waste materials or minerals that concentrate under the effect
of heat and cause spitting, brown coloring, or premature aging of your
appliance.
Environment protection first!
- Your appliance contains valuable materials that can be recovered or recycled.
- Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
BEFORE USE
- Remove the water tank.
- Open the water inlet stopper.
- Fill the water tank with untreated tap water until MAX level.
- Close the water inlet stopper.
- Return the water tank to its place on the appliance. Make sure that the water tank is fully set in place.
- Hang your garment on a clothes hanger or place it on an ironing table.
ACCESSORIES
- The door hook* allows you to hang your garment for steaming.
- The CLEAN PAD* is composed of one side with micro-fiber and the other side with lint & hair remover. The micro-fiber side captures small particulates inside the textile to clean it. The lint & hair remover softly brushes the surface of the textile and removes lint and hair.
USE
- Warning: Never steam a garment while it is being worn.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Switch on the appliance.
- Wait until the light stops flashing along the modes (approx. 15 to 25 seconds). When the light is steady the appliance is ready to use.
- Press the SELECT Button to select between 4 steam modes: LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, SUPER HIGH.
- For boost mode, press the SELECT button for 3 seconds until the BOOST light is ON
- Press the steam button with the steam brush facing away from you holding it in a vertical position.
- For continuous steam, lock the steam trigger by pushing it twice quickly. To release it, press it again.
- Be sure to follow the information on the label of your garment.
- For vertical optimal use, move the steam jets over your garment from top to bottom and maintain the soleplate in contact with the clothes.
- For horizontal use, move the steamer back and forth on the iron board and maintain the soleplate in contact with the clothes.
- Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to switch the appliance off.
- Unplug the appliance.
- Warning: Never touch the soleplate of the appliance.
AUTO-OFF
- For your safety, the appliance is fitted with an auto-off monitoring system, which is activated automatically after approximately 8 minutes without use.
- The ON/OFF button is switched off, the appliance is off.
- To reactivate the appliance, switch it on by pressing the ON/OFF button.
AFTER USE
- Remove the water tank.
- Empty the water tank.
- Return the water tank to its place on the appliance.
- Wait for an hour for your appliance to cool before storing.
ANTI-CALC
- Do this operation in a vented room.
- Remove the water tank.
- Remove the water inlet stopper.
- Fill the water tank with 50% water and 50% white vinegar. Do not use other descaling products.
- Return the water tank to its place on the appliance. Make sure the water tank is fully set in place.
- Plug-in the appliance.
- Switch on the appliance.
- Wait until the light stops flashing along the modes (approx. 15 to 25 seconds). When the light is steady the appliance is ready to use.
- Run the appliance until the water tank has completely emptied. Only do this operation in vertical use.
- Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to switch the appliance off.
- Unplug the appliance and pull the water tank out.
- Remove the water inlet stopper rinse the water tank, and fill the water tank with untreated tap water.
- Return the water tank to its place on the appliance. Make sure the water tank is fully set in place.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Switch on the appliance.
- Wait until the light stops flashing (approximately 25 to 40 seconds). When the light is steady the appliance is ready.
- Run the appliance until the water tank has completely emptied. Only do this operation in vertical use.
CLEANING
- Wait an hour for a complete cooldown.
- Only use a soft sponge with water to clean. Do not use any detergent product.
- Never wash or rinse the appliance directly over a sink.
- The reversible pad* can be hand-washed with clear water and soap only. Let it dry before reusing it.

Water leaks.| The water tank is not fully in place or the stopper is not
closed properly.| Ensure that the stopper is closed and that the water tank
snaps when put into place.
Steam rate decreases.| Calc Sealing.| Refer to the ‘ANTI CALC section in the
instructions for use.
Horizontal usage| It is normal for the steam rate to decrease in horizontal
usage.
The steam leaves stains on the fabric or the appliance spits.| You are using
water with additives.| Never add any additives to the water tank.
The appliance has not been cleaned enough after the descaling operation.| Read
carefully the ‘ANTI CALC’ section in the instructions for use.
You are using other liquids than white vinegar to describe the product.| Use
only white vinegar during the ‘ANTI-CALC’ procedure.
The appliance steams continuously.| Continuous steam has been activated (USE
paragraph).| Stop continuous mode by pressing the trigger once.
