Power On & Connect

  1. Turn on the device by pressing the power button.
  2. Select “JBL Soundgear Frames” from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your smartphone or computer.
  3. If prompted, confirm the connection on both devices.

Controls

  • To enable advanced controls, connect your JBL SOUNDGEAR FRAMES to the JBL Headphones app.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Charging

Use a 5V 0.5A power supply to charge the device. The LED indicators will show different behaviors based on the charging status: BT connecting, BT connected, BT not connected, Low battery,Charging, Fully charged.

How do I reset the device to factory settings?

To perform a manual setup or factory reset, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to a new Bluetooth device by accessing the Bluetooth settings on your device.
  2. To factory reset, press and hold both the left and right buttons for 5 seconds simultaneously.

What do the LED behaviors indicate during charging?

The LED indicators will show different behaviors to indicate the charging status:

  • BT connecting: Device is attempting to connect via Bluetooth.
  • BT connected: Device is successfully connected via Bluetooth.
  • BT not connected: Device is not connected via Bluetooth.
  • Low battery: Battery level is low and requires charging.
