SAFAVIEH LIGHTING LITS4057A Portable Lamp
Product Information
This portable lamp is equipped with a polarized plug for safety purposes, reducing the risk of electric shock. The plug is designed to fit into a polarized outlet in only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. It is important to never use this lamp with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
Care and Maintenance:
- Before cleaning, always unplug the lamp.
- Dust the shades with a feather duster or an appropriate vacuum brush attachment.
- Wipe the lamp bases with a soft, dry cloth using methods appropriate to the material.

Product Usage Instructions
Preparation:
- Before starting the assembly, ensure that all parts are present. Compare the parts with the package contents list and hardware contents list.
- If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
- Estimated Assembly Time: 6 minutes.

Note: Please use an ON/OFF type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 100-Watt or an LED bulb with a maximum wattage of 12-Watt. There is an LED 9-Watt bulb included in the box.
Assembly Steps:
- Pull the power cord to connect the Neck (B) to the Lamp base (A). Screw the Neck (B) onto the Lamp base (A). Be careful not to twist the power cord and ensure it is tightened securely.
- Insert the Harp (E) into the Saddle (C).
- Place the Shade (F) on the Harp (E) and tighten the Finial (G) into the Harp (E).
- Ensure that everything is stable by putting the lamp on a level surface.
- Insert the Bulb (H) into the Socket (D).
WARNING
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as
a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. this plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. if the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug lamps before using any cleaning solutions. Dust shades with a feather duster or with an appropriate vacuum-brush attachment. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and clean lamp bases with the methods appropriate to the material. Avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the finish.

- The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced
- If the cord is damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed

NOTE: PLEASE USE ON/OFF TYPE”A” BULB MAX 100-WATT OR LED BULB MAX 12-WATT, THERE IS LED 9-WATT BULB IN THE BOX

- Step2: Insert the Harp (E) into the Saddle (C). Put the shad e(F) on the Harp (E), then tighten the Finial (G) into the Harp (E), Insert the bulb (H) into the socket (D).
- Step3: Put the light on a level surface to check if everything is stable.
