Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
How do I request warranty service?
If you experience performance issues within the warranty period, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product with the warranty card and product in hand. They will assist you with repair, replacement, or compensation options. -
Can I use the system without headphones in silent mode?
No, when in silent mode, it is recommended to use headphones as the sound is generated through optical sensors for private listening.
Introduction
With silent practice mode, you can simply plug in your headphones, switch the
lever, and play your piano without disturbing anyone. And with two headphone
jacks, you can conveniently include a listener or play a duet.
When the Silent mode is turned on, the hammerheads are intercepted before they
can touch the piano strings. Then, when you press the keys, optical sensors
detect the hammer movement to generate sounds that you can listen to through
headphones. Additionally, you can use the digital piano with MIDI-compatible
devices. Even in silent mode, the piano still feels and plays traditionally
for a consistent experience.
