INTRODUCTION

It is a polyester fabric with a complete blackout. It is Water-resistant and simple to clean, appropriate for many uses including bathrooms, offices, and bedrooms. We provide remote controls with 2 or 6 channels that can operate 2 or 6 blinds or shades separately or 999 blinds and shades together. If you have a Broadlink RM Pro+ or Bond’s hub at home, you can use any model of Alexa or Google Home to operate our shades and create timers. To customize Motorized Blackout Window Shades, click the “Customize Now” button in the top right corner of the page. To modify your blinds, adhere to its instructions. Sent often within 5-7 business days of size confirmation. All mounting kits and installation instructions are provided for self-installation by the customer.

The remote basic software is pre-programmed at the factory. To obtain the PDF or video version of the instructions, you may also email us. Motors and controls come with a two-year warranty from us. We offer free repair or replacement for any motors or controls that are damaged or fail during the first two years. Please take photos and email your claim to us within 30 days if you receive damaged fabric or components. In this legal window, we’ll work with you to arrange a free replacement.

HOW TO OPERATE

To have as much or as little light in the room as you choose, they all include manual control choices that you can use to open or close them with the touch of a button. Additionally, because of their cordless designs, they are a safer option for homes with children or pets.

HOW TO FIX BLINDS THAT WON’T GO UP

• Pull your blind all the way down by placing your hands on either side of it.
• Lift your blind slowly while gently rocking it side to side.
• Lift it up and then pull it down to make sure it is operating properly. To reset the mechanism, you might need to perform this procedure several times.

HOW TO RESET

• After briefly pressing the manual button, unplug the wand, push the manual button once more, and then release it.
• There is no need for any action if the shade responds.
• Reset the motor using a 6-second reset if the shade doesn’t respond.

HOW TO SYNC REMOTE TO BLINDS

1. Verify that you have your remote(s) set up.
2. Select a blind to group with.
3. Switch on the blind’s programming mode.
4. Select the group channel.
5. Include your blind in the group channel.

FAQs

Can this be ceiling mounted?

Yes, it can be mounted both ceiling mounted and side mounted.

When ordering it asks for width and height decimal, what does this mean?

When you want precise size, it’s advised to tell us the size not only in integer, but also in decimal like 1/4 inches, 3/8inches etc.

Will a Samsung hub (I use for my door locks) work with this shared?

Very doubtful. This is very low tech and older than the pics indicate.

Where can I get installation instructions for the blind? They were not included in the package. Also need English remote instructions

The answer about the remote and battery installation solved my issue. Again, the proper installation of the coin battery into the remote is easy to overlook. The little “wire” in the battery compartment has been on top of the battery.

Where could I get installation instructions? I have dust covers.

Included in the box, you can hang it on ceiling or let it just rub on the dust cover (if it’s aluminum like mine) that what I did and it’s perfect.

Can i email/call/msg someone before i order? My window is large 88″ w x 58″ h and i have some questions? Love this look though…thanks.

Need help with measurements will you assist before buying

This blind we mounted inside a Window frame so we mounted it on the top of the molding board there is an option to take the side pieces off and mount it to the side if needed so we took an inside measurement and follow the directions online subtracted what it told us to for the measurement they fit perfect.

How thick is the roller since 2 completely different answers 2 inches and 3.5

I believe its 2”?? It’s inside mount and lots space before edge. It’s up high in staircase.

Can these shades be adjusted to roll up/down from the front of the roller?

Yes, we can customize the rolling to make it in front of the roller.

I would think that is not possible. These are pretty cheap blinds.

Where are the instructions? The brackets included don’t look like they fit anything. I am doing an outside mounting

This is inside mount. We are remodeling vacation condo. I would imagine outside is similar you just drill the other way.

Can you sell me another one like the last one with hard -wired motor instead of battery?

How do i pair the shade to my Bond Hub?

Press the reset on blind until orange light flashes then using the remote stand near blind a lower to desired level.

I ordered 2 blinds and I only received one charging cord. Why?

You only need one cord to use between the two. We haven’t had to charge again since we initially charged to hang them.

I need this for an opening that is 115″ can you help me?

Probably way too big. Try the Amazon zebra-type blinds. Longest I can find was 72” but just placed them side by side. They are not automatic.
