Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Elektrowerkzeuge
WARNUNG
Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise, Anweisungen, Bebilderungen und technischen Daten, mit denen dieses Elektrowerkzeug versehen ist. Versäumnisse bei der Einhaltung der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen können elektrischen Schlag, Brand und/oder schwere Verletzungen verursachen.
Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen der Projektierung.
Der in den Sicherheitshinweisen verwendete Begriff ,,Elektrowerkzeug” bezieht sich auf netzbetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (mit Netzleitung) und auf akkubetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (ohne Netzleitung).
Arbeitsplatzsicherheit
Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder unbeleuchtete Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.
Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektrowerkzeug nicht in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung, in der sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube befinden. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Funken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden können.
Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen während der Benutzung des Elektrowerkzeugs fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über das Elektrowerkzeug verlieren.
Elektrische Sicherheit
Der Anschlussstecker des Elektrowerkzeuges muss in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker darf in keiner Weise verändert werden. Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker gemeinsam mit schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen. Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen verringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten Oberflächen wie von Rohren, Heizungen, Herden und Kühlschränken. Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist.
Halten Sie Elektrowerkzeuge von Regen und Nässe fern. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein Elektrowerkzeug erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
Zweckentfremden Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht, um das Elektrowerkzeug zu tragen, aufzuhängen oder um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten Sie die Anschlussleitung fern von Hitze, Öl, scharfen Kanten oder sich bewegenden Teilen. Beschädigte oder verwickelte Anschlussleitungen erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
Wenn Sie mit einem Elektrowerkzeug im Freien arbeiten, verwenden Sie nur Verlängerungsleitungen, die auch für den Außenbereich geeignet sind. Die Anwendung einer für den Außenbereich geeigneten Verlängerungsleitung verringert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.
Wenn der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeuges in feuchter Umgebung nicht vermeidbar ist, verwenden Sie einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter. Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstromschutzschalters vermindert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

Sicherheit von Personen
Seien Sie aufmerksam, achten Sie darauf, was Sie tun, und gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Arbeit mit einem Elektrowerkzeug. Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, wenn Sie müde sind oder unter dem Einfluss von Drogen, Alkohol oder Medikamenten stehen. Ein Moment der Unachtsamkeit beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeuges kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
Tragen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung und immer eine Schutzbrille. Das Tragen persönlicher Schutzausrüstung, wie Staubmaske, rutschfeste Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzhelm oder Gehörschutz, je nach Art und Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeuges, verringert das Risiko von Verletzungen.
Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Elektrowerkzeug ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie es an die Stromversorgung und/oder den Akku anschließen, es aufnehmen oder tragen. Wenn Sie beim Tragen des Elektrowerkzeuges den Finger am Schalter haben oder das Elektrowerkzeug eingeschaltet an die Stromversorgung anschließen, kann dies zu Unfällen führen.
Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schraubenschlüssel, bevor Sie das Elektrowerkzeug einschalten. Ein Werkzeug oder Schlüssel, der sich in einem drehenden Teil des Elektrowerkzeugs befindet, kann zu Verletzungen führen.
Vermeiden Sie eine abnormale Körperhaltung. Sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand und halten Sie jederzeit das Gleichgewicht. Dadurch können Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in unerwarteten Situationen besser kontrollieren.
Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck. Halten Sie Haare und Kleidung fern von sich bewegenden Teilen. Lockere Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange Haare können von sich bewegenden Teilen erfasst werden.
Wenn Einrichtungen zum Absaugen und Auffangen von Staub montiert werden können, sind diese anzuschließen und richtig zu verwenden. Verwendung einer Staubabsaugung kann Gefährdungen durch Staub verringern.
Wiegen Sie sich nicht in falscher Sicherheit und setzen Sie sich nicht über die Sicherheitsregeln für Elektrowerkzeuge hinweg, auch wenn Sie nach vielfachem Gebrauch mit dem Elektrowerkzeug vertraut sind. Achtloses Handeln kann binnen Sekundenbruchteilen zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
Verwendung und Behandlung des Elektrowerkzeuges
Überlasten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nicht. Verwenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das dafür bestimmte Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem passenden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer im angegebenen Leistungsbereich.
Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, dessen Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektrowerkzeug, das sich nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und/oder entfernen Sie einen abnehmbaren Akku, bevor Sie Geräteeinstellungen vornehmen, Einsatzwerkzeugteile wechseln oder das Elektrowerkzeug weglegen. Diese Vorsichtsmaßnahme verhindert den unbeabsichtigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.
Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. Lassen Sie keine Personen das Elektrowerkzeug benutzen, die mit diesem nicht vertraut sind oder diese Anweisungen nicht gelesen haben. Elektrowerkzeuge sind gefährlich, wenn sie von unerfahrenen Personen benutzt werden.

Pflegen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge und Einsatzwerkzeug mit Sorgfalt. Kontrollieren Sie, ob bewegliche Teile einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen, ob Teile gebrochen oder so beschädigt sind, dass die Funktion des Elektrowerkzeuges beeinträchtigt ist. Lassen Sie beschädigte Teile vor dem Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeugs reparieren. Viele Unfälle haben ihre Ursache in schlecht gewarteten Elektrowerkzeugen.
Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sauber. Sorgfältig gepflegte Schneidwerkzeuge mit scharfen Schneidkanten verklemmen sich weniger und sind leichter zu führen.
Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug, Zubehör, Einsatzwerkzeuge usw. entsprechend diesen Anweisungen. Berücksichtigen Sie dabei die Arbeitsbedingungen und die auszuführende Tätigkeit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.
Halten Sie Griffe und Griffflächen trocken, sauber und frei von Öl und Fett. Rutschige Griffe und Griffflächen erlauben keine sichere Bedienung und Kontrolle des Elektrowerkzeugs in unvorhergesehenen Situationen.
Verwendung und Behandlung des Akkuwerkzeuges
Laden Sie die Akkus nur mit Ladegeräten auf, die vom Hersteller empfohlen werden. Durch ein Ladegerät, das für eine bestimmte Art von Akkus geeignet ist, besteht Brandgefahr, wenn es mit anderen Akkus verwendet wird.
Verwenden Sie nur die dafür vorgesehenen Akkus in den Elektrowerkzeugen. Der Gebrauch von anderen Akkus kann zu Verletzungen und Brandgefahr führen.
Halten Sie den nicht benutzten Akku fern von Büroklammern, Münzen, Schlüsseln, Nägeln, Schrauben oder anderen kleinen Metallgegenständen, die eine Überbrückung der Kontakte verursachen könnten. Ein Kurzschluss zwischen den Akkukontakten kann Verbrennungen oder Feuer zur Folge haben.
Bei falscher Anwendung kann Flüssigkeit aus dem Akku austreten. Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt damit. Bei zufälligem Kontakt mit Wasser abspülen. Wenn die Flüssigkeit in die Augen kommt, nehmen Sie zusätzliche ärztliche Hilfe in Anspruch. Austretende Akkuflüssigkeit kann zu Hautreizungen oder Verbrennungen führen.
Benutzen Sie keinen beschädigten oder veränderten Akku. Beschädigte oder veränderte Akkus können sich unvorhersehbar verhalten und zu Feuer, Explosion oder Verletzungsgefahr führen.
Setzen Sie einen Akku keinem Feuer oder zu hohen Temperaturen aus. Feuer oder Temperaturen über 130 °C können eine Explosion hervorrufen.
Befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen zum Laden und laden Sie den Akku oder das Akkuwerkzeug niemals außerhalb des in der Betriebsanleitung angegebenen Temperaturbereichs. Falsches Laden oder Laden außerhalb des zugelassenen Temperaturbereichs kann den Akku zerstören und die Brandgefahr erhöhen.
Service
Lassen Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-Ersatzteilen reparieren. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit des Elektrowerkzeuges erhalten bleibt.

Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug an den isolierten Griffflächen,

wenn Sie Arbeiten ausführen, bei denen die Schraube

verborgene Stromleitungen treffen kann. Der Kontakt der

Schraube mit einer spannungsführenden Leitung kann auch

metallene Geräteteile unter Spannung setzen und zu einem

elektrischen Schlag führen.

Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug gut fest. Beim Festziehen von

Schrauben treten hohe Reaktionsmomente auf, welche gehalten

werden müssen. Wenn nötig muss eine Abstützung genutzt werden.

Sichern Sie das Werkstück. Ein mit Spannvorrichtungen oder

Schraubstock festgehaltenes Werkstück ist sicherer gehalten als mit

Ihrer Hand.

Achten Sie auf das angewählte Programm, bevor Sie das

Elektrowerkzeug einschalten. Es könnte zu unerwarteten

Bewegungsrichtungen des Elektrowerkzeugs kommen.

Beachten Sie die gültigen Vorschriften und Bestimmungen des

Landes/ Unternehmens, in dem das Elektrowerkzeug

eingesetzt/angewendet wird.

Beurteilen Sie die Gefährdung bezüglich der drehenden Welle

am Arbeitsplatz. Ergreifen Sie ggf. Schutzmaßnahmen.

Netzwerksicherheit

Produkte von Rexroth sind, wenn nicht anders dokumentiert, ausschließlich für den Betrieb in lokalen, physisch und logisch gesicherten Netzwerken mit Beschränkung des Zugangs auf autorisierte Personen ausgelegt und nicht nach IEC 62443-4-2 (aktuelle Fassung) klassifiziert.
Beachten Sie den aktuellen Stand der Technik. Beachten Sie zudem alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen
der Projektierung.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Elektrowerkzeug
Das Elektrowerkzeug ist nur zur Nutzung im industriellen Umfeld geeignet. Sie dürfen das Elektrowerkzeug einsetzen zur Durchführung von Verschraubungen, die einen ununterbrochenen Drehmomentverlauf erfordern, ohne Beschleunigungen und/oder ohne Drehmomentspitzen wie bspw. Stick-Slip. Das Elektrowerkzeug darf erst in Betrieb genommen werden, wenn es in die Anlage, für die es bestimmt ist, integriert ist und diese die Anforderungen der EG-Maschinenrichtlinie vollständig erfüllt.
Halten Sie die in den technischen Daten genannten Betriebsbedingungen und Leistungsgrenzen ein.

Der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeuges ist nur bei Einhaltung der nationalen Vorschriften zur elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit (EMV) für den vorliegenden Anwendungsfall erlaubt.
Hinweise für eine EMV-gerechte Installation sind der zugehörigen Dokumentation der jeweiligen Komponente zu entnehmen.
In Rexroth-Schraubsystemen dürfen nur Zubehör- und Anbauteile benutzt werden, die für Rexroth-Schraubsysteme zugelassen sind. Nicht zugelassene Komponenten dürfen weder angebaut noch angeschlossen werden. Gleiches gilt für Kabel, Leitungen und Akkus, die zum RexrothSchraubsystem gehören. Andernfalls ist die Funktions- und Systemsicherheit gefährdet.
Elektrowerkzeuge mit Schutzisolierungen1) für die Batteriemontage dürfen zur Durchführung von Verschraubungen einzelner unter Spannung stehender Zellmodule eingesetzt werden. Beachten Sie die angegebene Spannungsklasse der
Schutzisolierung. 1) Schutzisolierung ist Zubehör und nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

5 Transport und Lagerung
Akku aus dem Elektrowerkzeug nehmen. Für das Elektrowerkzeug die Umgebungsbedingungen einhalten
(siehe Technische Daten auf Seite 14). Für Li-Ionen-Akkus die Angaben in der entsprechenden Anleitung
beachten.

6 Montage
VORSICHT
Unbeabsichtigter Start bei Arbeiten am Elektrowerkzeug! Bei unbeabsichtigtem Betätigen des Startschalters und eingesetztem Akku besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Den Akku vor allen Arbeiten am Elektrowerkzeug (z. B. Montage,
Wartung, Werkzeugwechsel etc.) sowie bei dessen Transport und Aufbewahrung aus dem Elektrowerkzeug entnehmen.
Akku laden
Nur die in den technischen Daten aufgeführten Ladegeräte verwenden. Nur diese Ladegeräte sind auf den bei Ihrem Elektrowerkzeug verwendeten Li-Ionen-Akku abgestimmt.
Der Akku wird teilgeladen ausgeliefert.
Vor dem ersten Einsatz den Akku vollständig im Ladegerät aufladen. Dies gewährleistet die volle Akkuleistung.
Akku entnehmen (Bilder A1 ­ A2) Das Elektrowerkzeug verfügt über zwei Verriegelungsstufen, die verhindern, dass der Akku beim unbeabsichtigten Drücken der AkkuEntriegelungstaste herausfällt. Solange der Akku im Elektrowerkzeug eingesetzt ist, wird er durch die Verriegelung in Position gehalten. Die Stromversorgung der integrierten Steuerung wird bei einem Wechsel des Akkus noch ca. 20 Sekunden aufrechterhalten. 1. Programmwahlschalter in mittige Position bringen
(Einschaltsperre). 2. Entriegelungstaste drücken (A1, Seite 5) und Akku herausziehen
(A2, Seite 5). Dabei keine Gewalt anwenden!
Akku einsetzen Siehe Akku einsetzen und Elektrowerkzeug aktivieren (Bild E1) auf
Seite 12.
Abtrieb montieren (Bild B)
Gültig für folgende Typen: NEXO NX-A Interface V, NX-P Interface V 1. Passenden Abtrieb wählen (siehe Technische Daten, Seite 14) 2. Abtrieb in gewünschter Position (24 x 15°) auf Stirnverzahnung
stecken und Überwurfmutter handfest in Pfeilrichtung festdrehen. 3. Abtrieb einspannen (z. B. Montagehilfe am Flansch des Abtriebs
anbringen und Montagehilfe mit Schraubstock fixieren). ACHTUNG! Das Elektrowerkzeug nie direkt an den Gehäuseschalen einspannen. Das Elektrowerkzeug kann sonst beschädigt werden. 4. Abtrieb mit geeignetem Werkzeug an Überwurfmutter in
Pfeilrichtung festziehen. Anzugsdrehmoment 16 + 4 Nm

Drehmomentabstützung montieren

VORSICHT
Verschrauben mit hohen Drehmomenten
Beim Verschrauben mit hohen Drehmomenten besteht aufgrund der wirkenden Kräfte am Elektrowerkzeug das Risiko von Verletzungen, insbesondere an den Gelenken.
Eine Drehmomentabstützung montieren und verwenden. Die landesspezifischen und/oder betrieblichen Vorschriften
beachten.

Die Drehmomentabstützung an den ausgewiesenen Flächen am Abtrieb/Abtriebselement montieren (siehe Technische Daten des Abtriebs).
Werkzeugwechsel beim Schraubkopf mit Außenvierkant (Bild C)
Einsatzwerkzeug einsetzen Den Sicherungsstift nach innen drücken (z. B. mit Hilfe eines
schmalen Schraubendrehers) und das Einsatzwerkzeug auf die Vierkantaufnahme aufschieben, bis der Sicherungsstift in die Aussparung des Einsatzwerkzeugs einrastet. ACHTUNG! Das Einsatzwerkzeug gerade einsetzen. Bei Schrägstellung können der Vierkant oder Rastbolzen beschädigt oder das Schraubergebnis negativ beeinflusst werden.
Einsatzwerkzeug entnehmen Den Sicherungsstift nach innen in die Aussparung des
Einsatzwerkzeugs drücken und das Einsatzwerkzeug von der Werkzeugaufnahme abziehen.

ACHTUNG

Ungeeignete Einsatzwerkzeuge
Die Verwendung ungeeigneter Einsatzwerkzeuge (zu lang, nicht passend, verschlissen) kann zur Beschädigung des Elektrowerkzeugs führen.
Nur Einsatzwerkzeuge mit einer maximalen Länge von 10 cm verwenden.
Nur Einsatzwerkzeuge mit passendem Einsteckende verwenden. Nur einwandfreie, nicht verschlissene Einsatzwerkzeuge
verwenden.

Einsatzwerkzeug einsetzen Die Hülse des Schnellwechselfutters nach vorn ziehen, das
Einsatzwerkzeug in die Werkzeugaufnahme stecken und das Schnellwechselfutter wieder loslassen.
ACHTUNG! Das Einsatzwerkzeug so einsetzen, dass der Schaft fest in der Werkzeugaufnahme sitzt. Das Einsatzwerkzeug kann sonst herausrutschen und nicht mehr kontrolliert werden.
Einsatzwerkzeug entnehmen Die Hülse des Schnellwechselfutters nach vorn ziehen, das
Einsatzwerkzeug aus der Werkzeugaufnahme ziehen und das Schnellwechselfutter wieder loslassen.

7 Inbetriebnahme
VORSICHT
Laserstrahlung ­ Laserklasse 2! Lichtemission im sichtbaren Bereich! Direkter Blick in die Strahlungsquelle des Barcodescanners (Klasse 2 Laser mit Niedrigenergie-Diode) kann zu Schädigung der Augen (Netzhaut) führen. Bei Veränderungen an der Laserquelle und deren Einstellungen kann gefährliche Laserstrahlung unkontrolliert austreten. Nicht direkt in den Laserstrahl schauen. Die Laserquelle nicht manipulieren. Die vorgegebenen Werte nicht ändern.
ACHTUNG
Unvollständige Montage Bei entferntem Abtrieb/Abtriebselement darf das Elektrowerkzeug nicht gestartet werden. Das Elektrowerkzeug erst nach komplett abgeschlossener
Montage in Betrieb nehmen. Beim Elektrowerkzeug Typ NX_-A Interface V / NX_P Interface V
einen passenden Abtrieb montieren. Sonderabtriebe im Bedienprogramm LUXAos entsprechend den
technischen Eigenschaften konfigurieren. Den Wirkungsgrad und die Übersetzung des Sonderabtriebes berücksichtigen.
Verwendung falscher Komponenten Sachschäden durch Verwendung falscher Komponenten. Bei der Verwendung von Komponenten deren Eignung für das
Elektrowerkzeug mit Hilfe der Angaben der Dokumentation der verwendeten Komponenten überprüfen. Nur geeignete Komponenten verwenden.
Akku einsetzen und Elektrowerkzeug aktivieren (Bild E1)
VORSICHT! Unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten kann zu Verletzungen führen. Um dies zu vermeiden, den Programmwahlschalter in die mittige Position stellen. 1. Den geladenen Akku in den Griff einsetzen, bis dieser spürbar
einrastet und bündig am Griff anliegt. 2. Zum Aktivieren des Elektrowerkzeugs den Startschalter bis zum
Anschlag drücken und sofort wieder loslassen.
Elektrowerkzeug konfigurieren
Mit Hilfe der Software Rexroth LUXAos können am Elektrowerkzeug verschiedene Einstellungen konfiguriert werden. Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen der
Projektierung.
Konfiguration über Programmieradapter (Bild E2a) 1. PC mit Elektrowerkzeug verbinden:
PC ­ Ethernetkabel ­ Adapter ­ USB-Kabel ­ Schrauber. 2. Netzwerk-Verbindungen im PC aufrufen. 3. Eigenschaften der LAN-Verbindung im PC aufrufen. 4. Im Internetprotokoll Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) dem PC eine fest IP-
Adresse: 192.168.1.1 ­ 192.168.1.253 (Subnetzmaske: 225.255.255.0) zuweisen.

5. Aufruf LUXAos im Webbrowser über die IP-Adresse 192.168.1.254 6. Login LUXAos durchführen (Default Benutzer: Bosch,
Passwort: Robert).
Konfiguration über USB-Verbindung (Bild E2b) 1. PC mit Elektrowerkzeug über USB-Kabel verbinden.
Der PC öffnet eine NDIS-Verbindung. Dies kann in den NetzwerkVerbindungen geprüft werden. 2. Aufruf LUXAos im Webbrowser über die IP-Adresse 192.168.2.254 3. Login LUXAos durchführen (Default Benutzer: Bosch, Passwort: Robert)
Konfiguration über Hotspot-Verbindung (Bild E2c) 1. Im Display des Elektrowerkzeugs Menu > WLAN > WLAN on
auswählen. 2. Im Display des Elektrowerkzeugs HotSpot on auswählen.
Im Display wird das HotSpot-Symbol angezeigt. 3. Im Display des Elektrowerkzeugs QR WLAN auswählen.
Auf dem Schrauberdisplay wird ein QR-Code angezeigt, der die Verbindungsdaten des Hotspot enthält. 4. Den QR-Code mit einem mobilen Endgerät (z. B. Smartphone) einscannen. 5. Per WLAN diese Verbindung mit dem mobilen Endgerät aktivieren. 6. Im Display des Elektrowerkzeugs QR Login auswählen. Im Display des Elektrowerkzeugs wird ein weiterer QR-Code angezeigt, der die Web-URL (IP- Adresse) enthält. 7. Den QR-Code mit dem mobilen Endgerät einscannen. Abhängig vom mobilen Endgerät und dem Betriebssystem wird LUXAos direkt geöffnet oder kann über Klick auf den angezeigten Link geöffnet werden. 8. Login LUXAos durchführen (Default Benutzer: Bosch, Passwort: Robert)
8 Betrieb
VORSICHT
LEDs am Elektrowerkzeug Unbeabsichtigtes und längeres Hineinsehen in die LEDs kann Sie blenden! Nicht direkt in die LEDs blicken.
Unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten Unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten des Elektrowerkzeugs mit gestecktem Akku z. B. während eines Akkuwechsels kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen! Programmwahlschalter auf Mittelstellung bringen
(Einschaltsperre).
ACHTUNG
Verlust der Schutzart IP40 Durch Öffnen der Schnittstellenabdeckung ist der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeugs unter der Schutzart IP40 nicht mehr möglich. Schnittstellenabdeckung während des Betriebes stets
geschlossen halten!

Unsachgemäße Handhabung Das Display kann beschädigt werden. Display nicht mit scharfkantigen Gegenständen berühren. Nicht auf das Display schlagen.
Programm wählen (Bild F)
Der Schrauber startet nur, wenn über LUXAos ein Programm konfiguriert und zugewiesen wurde.
1. Die Programmanwahl mit dem Programmwahlschalter einstellen. Das Elektrowerkzeug startet nur, wenn der Programmwahlschalter nicht in der Mitte steht (Einschaltsperre).
2. Programmwahlschalter ganz nach links oder rechts drücken.
Programm starten/beenden
Startschalter drücken und gedrückt halten. In Abhängigkeit der eingestellten Parameter wird der Schraubvorgang automatisch beendet. Vorzeitiges Loslassen des Startschalters bewirkt einen Abbruch des Schraubvorgangs.
Akku wechseln
Die Stromversorgung der integrierten Steuerung wird bei einem Wechsel des Akkus noch ca. 20 Sekunden aufrechterhalten. Akku entnehmen Siehe Akku entnehmen (Bilder A1 ­ A2) auf Seite 11.

9 Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung
VORSICHT
Unsachgemäße Ausführung von Service-Arbeiten Unsachgemäß ausgeführte Service- Arbeiten können zu Verletzungen oder Beschädigungen führen. Service-Arbeiten nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
durchführen lassen, insbesondere bei sicherheitsrelevanten Arbeiten. Rexroth empfiehlt hierfür den Rexroth-Service (siehe Service und Vertrieb auf Seite 15).

Verschmutztes Elektrowerkzeug Verschmutzungen insbesondere in der Werkzeugaufnahme und in den Lüftungsschlitzen können zu Schäden am Elektrowerkzeug führen. Das Elektrowerkzeug und die Lüftungsschlitze sauber halten, um
gut und sicher zu arbeiten. Starke Verunreinigungen an der Werkzeugaufnahme vor dem
Werkzeugwechsel entfernen.
Die NEXO Elektrowerkzeuge sind auf 500.000 Schraubzyklen (2stufiges Schraubverfahren mit Anzug auf maximales Drehmoment) dauergeprüft und wartungsfrei.
Wartung Um die Betriebsdauer des Elektrowerkzeugs zu erhöhen, wird danach eine vorbeugende Wartung bei der Bosch Rexroth AG empfohlen (siehe Service und Vertrieb auf Seite 15).
10 Außerbetriebnahme
Elektrowerkzeug ausschalten Elektrowerkzeugs über das Display ausschalten.
Akku entnehmen Siehe Akku entnehmen (Bilder A1 ­ A2) auf Seite 11.
11 Demontage und Austausch
Das Elektrowerkzeug ist als eine Einheit zu betrachten. Bei Defekten oder Funktionsstörungen ist daher das komplette Elektrowerkzeug auszutauschen.

Die Gewährleistung gilt ausschließlich für die ausgelieferte Konfiguration. Umweltschutz
Herstellungsverfahren Die Herstellung der Elektrowerkzeuge erfolgt mit Produktionsverfahren, die energie- und rohstoffoptimiert sind und zugleich eine Wiederverwendung und Verwertung der anfallenden Abfälle ermöglichen. Schadstoffbelastete Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe versuchen wir regelmäßig durch umweltverträglichere Alternativen zu ersetzen.

Wesentliche Bestandteile Stahl, Aluminium, Kupfer, Kunststoffe, magnetische Werkstoffe, Elektronikbauteile und Elektronikbaugruppen. Diese Anleitung ist aus chlorfrei gefertigtem Recycling-Papier hergestellt.
13 Erweiterung und Umbau
Das Elektrowerkzeug dürfen Sie nicht umbauen, d. h. Sie dürfen das Elektrowerkzeug weder öffnen noch zerlegen noch die mechanischen Eigenschaften (Abmessungen, Bohrungen, usw.) ändern. Nichtbeachtung führt zu Verlust des Gewährleistungsanspruchs.
14 Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung
Störungen und Hinweise auf Fehler werden im Display des Elektrowerkzeugs und/oder in dessen Bedienprogramm angezeigt. Falls Sie den aufgetretenen Fehler nicht beheben konnten, wenden

General safety instructions for power tools
WARNING
Read all safety instructions, instructions, pictures and technical data provided with this electric tool. Non-compliance with the safety instructions and other instructions may cause electric shock, fire and/or serious injuries.
Observe all safety instructions and project planning instructions.
The term “electric tool” used in the safety instructions refers to mainsoperated electric tools (with power cord) and battery-powered electric tools (without power cord).
Workplace safety
Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark working areas invite accidents.
Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
Keep children and other persons away while using the electric tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control of the power tool.
Electrical safety
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use adapter plugs together with grounded electric tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce the risk of electric shock.
Avoid physical contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, heaters, stoves and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not misuse the connection cable for carrying and hanging up the power tool or for pulling out the plug from the socket. Keep the connection cable away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled connection cables increase the risk of electric shock.
When operating a power tool outdoors, only use an extension cable suitable for outdoor use. Use of an extension cable suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
If operation of the electric tool in a humid environment is unavoidable, use a residual-current-operated protective device. Use of an residual-current- operated protective device reduces the risk of electric shock.
Safety of persons
Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use power tools if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Depending on the application of the power tool, protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat or hearing protection will reduce the risk of personal injuries.
Prevent unintentional start-up. Ensure the switch is in the off position before connecting to power supply and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the power tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.

Remove any adjusting tools or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the

power tool may result in personal injury. Avoid abnormal posture. Keep proper footing and balance at all

times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.

Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Leaking battery fluid may cause irritation or burns.
Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
Do not expose a battery pack or tool to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130 °C may cause explosion.
Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or tool outside the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of

Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
Never service damaged battery packs. Service of battery packs should only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service providers.
Safety instructions for nutrunners
Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the fastener may contact hidden wiring. Fasteners contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
Hold the power tool securely. When tightening screws, high reaction torques occur and must be maintained. If necessary, use a support.
Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with clamping devices or in a vice is held more securely than by hand.
Pay attention to the selected program before activating the power tool. Unexpected directions of movement of the power tool could occur.
Observe applicable safety rules and regulations of the country/ company in which the power tool is used/operated.
Assess the hazards associated with the rotating shaft at the workplace. Take protective measures if necessary.
Network security
Unless documented otherwise, Rexroth products are only intended for use in locally, physically and logically secured networks with access restricted to authorized persons and are not classified in accordance with IEC 62443-4-2 (current version).
Observe the current state of the art. Also observe all safety instructions and project planning
instructions.
Intended use
Power tool
The power tool is only suitable for use in industrial environments. The power tool may be used for performing tightening operations requiring an uninterrupted torque development, without acceleration and/or without torque peaks such as stick-slip. The power tool may be commissioned only after it is has been integrated into the machine/system for which it is designed and the machine/ system fully complies with the EC Machinery Directive.
Observe the operating conditions and performance limits specified in the technical data.

Operation of the power tool is only permitted in accordance with the national regulations for the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for the respective application. For notes on EMC-compliant installation, refer to the documentation for the respective component. Only accessories and add-on units that have been approved for use in Rexroth tightening systems may be used therein. Non-approved components may neither be added nor connected to the system. The same applies to cables, lines and batteries which belong to the Rexroth tightening system. Otherwise, functional and system safety is jeopardized. Power tools with protective insulation1) for battery assembly may be used for tightening of individual live cell modules. Observe the specified voltage class of the protective insulation. 1) Protective insulation is an accessory and is not included in the scope of delivery. Intended use also includes having read and understood these instructions, especially the section “Safety instructions.”
Improper use
Any use other than that described in the section “Intended use” and in the relevant documentation is considered improper and is not permitted. Bosch Rexroth AG cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use. The user alone bears any risks associated with improper use. The improper use of the power tool and its components (if available) includes: · Subjecting it to operating conditions that do not meet the specified
ambient conditions. Operation is forbidden e.g. under water. · Using it in applications that have not been explicitly approved by
Bosch Rexroth AG. In this context, it is absolutely necessary that the safety instructions in the respective documentation be observed. · Modifying the structure such that the original state is destroyed. · Improper programming or configuration of the tightening system. The user alone is responsible for risks caused by programming and configuring the tightening system. · Never use this power tool as a lever or hammer.
Personnel qualifications
Assembly, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, disassembly and the handling of the power tool require basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, as well as knowledge of the software and the appropriate technical terms. To ensure safe use, these activities should therefore only be performed by qualified personnel or by an instructed person working under the direction of qualified personnel. Qualified personnel: · are those who are able to assess the tasks they are commissioned to
perform, identify possible risks and take the appropriate safety measures due to their professional training, knowledge, and experience as well as their knowledge of the applicable regulations; · must observe the rules relevant to the subject area; · must be trained, instructed, and authorized to switch electrical circuits and devices on and off in accordance with the accepted rules of safety engineering, ground them, and appropriately label them according to job requirements; · must be sufficiently familiar with all warnings and precautions according to this documentation and the documentation of the respective component and understand their content; · must have appropriate safety equipment and be trained in first aid.

7 Commissioning

CAUTION
Tightening with high torques When tightening with high torques, there is a risk of injury, particularly to the joints, due to the forces acting on the power tool. Attach and use a torque support. Observe applicable country- specific and/or company regulations.
Attach the torque support on the designated surfaces on the output drive/output drive element (see technical data of the output drive).
Tool change for screw head with external square (fig. C)
Attaching an application tool Press in the safety pin (e.g. using a narrow screwdriver) and push
the application tool onto the square holder until the locking pin engages in the recess of the application tool. NOTICE! Insert the application tool straight. If it is positioned at an angle, there is a risk of damage to the square or the locking pin or negative impact on the tightening result.
Removing an application tool Press in the safety pin into the recess of the application tool and
remove the application tool from the tool mount.
Tool change on screw head with quick-change chuck (fig. D)
NOTICE
Unsuitable application tool! Use of unsuitable application tools (too long, not suitable, worn) can damage the power tool. Only use application tools with a maximum length of 10 cm. Only use application tools with a matching plug end. Do not use application tools that are worn or in otherwise less
than perfect condition.
Attaching an application tool Pull the sleeve of the quick-change chuck forwards, insert the
application tool into the tool mount and release the quick-change chuck. NOTICE! Insert the application tool so that the shaft is firmly secured in the tool mount. Otherwise the application tool may slip out and can no longer be controlled.
Removing an application tool Pull the sleeve of the quick-change chuck forwards, pull the
application tool out of the tool mount and release the quick-change chuck.

CAUTION
Laser radiation ­ Laser class 2! Light emission in the visible range! Looking directly into the radiation source of the barcode scanner (class 2 laser with low-energy diode) may result in damage to the eyes (retina). If changes are made to the laser source and its settings, dangerous laser radiation may escape in an uncontrolled manner.
Do not look directly into the laser beam. Do not manipulate the laser source. Do not change the default values.
NOTICE
Incomplete assembly The power tool must not be started with the output drive/output element removed.
Do not operate the power tool before it is completely assembled. Fit a suitable output drive for the power tool type NX_-A
Interface V / NX_P Interface V. Configure special drives in the LUXAos operating program
according to the technical properties. Consider the efficiency and transmission of the special output drive.
Avoid using wrong components! Damage to property due to use of wrong components!
When using components, check their suitability for the power tool according to the information in the documentation for the components used.
Only use suitable components.
Inserting the battery and activating the power tool (fig. E1)
CAUTION! Unintentional activation can lead to injuries. To avoid this, set the program selector switch to the center position. 1. Insert the charged battery into the handle until it clicks into place
and is flush with the handle. 2. To activate the power tool, press the start switch as far as it will go
and release it again immediately.
Configuring the power tool
The Rexroth LUXAos software allows for the configuration of various settings on the power tool. Observe all safety instructions and project planning
instructions.
Configuration via programming adapter (fig. E2a) 1. Connect the PC to the power tool:
PC ­ Ethernet cable ­ Adapter ­ USB cable ­ Nutrunner. 2. Open the network connections on the PC. 3. Call up the properties of the LAN connection on the PC. 4. In Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4), assign the PC a fixed IP
address: 192.168.1.1 ­ 192.168.1.253 (subnet mask: 225.255.255.0). 5. Open LUXAo in the web browser by entering the IP address 192.168.1.254 6. Login to LUXAos (default user: Bosch, password: Robert).

Configuration via USB connection (fig. E2b) 1. Connect the PC to the power tool via USB cable:
The PC establishes an NDIS connection. This can be seen in the network connections. 2. Open LUXAos in the web browser by entering the IP address 192.168.2.254 3. Login to LUXAos (default user: Bosch, password: Robert). Configuration via hotspot connection (fig. E2c) 1. On the power tool display, select the function HotSpot On and activate it. The hotspot symbol appears on the display. 2. On the display of the power tool, select QR-WiFi. A QR code containing the connection data of the hotspot appears on the nutrunner display. 3. Scan the QR code with a mobile device (e.g. smartphone). 4. Activate this connection with the mobile device via WLAN. 5. On the display of the power tool, select QR-Login. Another QR code containing the web URL (IP address) appears on the power tool display. 6. Scan the QR code with your mobile device. Depending on the mobile device and the operating system, LUXAos is launched either directly or can be launched by clicking on the displayed link. 7. Login to LUXAos (default user: Bosch, password: Robert).
8 Operation
CAUTION
LEDs on the power tool Avoid looking into the LEDs unintentionally for a longer period of time because this may dazzle you! Do not look directly into the LEDs.
Unintentional activation Unintentional activation of the power tool with the battery inserted, e.g. during a battery change, can result in serious injury! Put the program selector in center position (switch lock).
NOTICE
Loss of IP 40 protection class If the interface cover is opened, the power tool can no longer be operated under protection class IP 40. Always keep the interface cover closed during operation!
Covered ventilation slots If the ventilation slots are covered, the power nutrunner will heat up and can be damaged. Do not cover the ventilation slots during operation.
Improper handling The display may be damaged. Do not touch the display with sharp-edged objects. Do not knock on the display.

Selecting a program (fig. F)

configured and assigned via LUXAos.

11 Disassembly and replacement
The power tool must be considered a single unit. As a result, the entire power tool must be exchanged if there are any defects or malfunctions.
Complaints and repairs
In the case of complaints and for repairs, please send the fully assembled power tool to Rexroth Service. For addresses, see Service and sales on page 23.

Warranty
We give a 2-year warranty for Rexroth power tools (proof by means of invoice or delivery note). Damage that is attributed to natural wear, overload or improper handling is excluded from warranty. The warranty only applies to the delivered configuration. The warranty will not apply if the product is incorrectly assembled or handled or not used as intended.

According to European Directives in their latest version and their transposition into national law, electric tools that are no longer in working order and defective or discharged batteries must be collected separately and recycled in line with environmental regulations. If disposed of improperly, waste electrical and electronic equipment can have harmful effects on the environment and human health due to the possible presence of hazardous substances.
Li-ion batteries:
For lithium ion batteries, observe the information in the corresponding instructions.
Environmental protection
Manufacturing process The power tools are produced using manufacturing processes that are optimized in terms of energy and raw material and simultaneously allow for reuse and recycling of the produced waste. We regularly try to replace polluting raw, auxiliary and operating materials with environmentally friendly alternatives.
Material components Steel, aluminum, copper, plastics, magnetic materials, electronic components and electronic assemblies. These instructions have been printed on recycled paper free of chlorine.
13 Extension and conversion
The power tool must not be converted or modified, i.e. the power tool must not be opened or disassembled and mechanical properties (dimensions, holes, etc.) must not be changed. In case of noncompliance, the warranty claim will be forfeited.
14 Troubleshooting
Malfunctions and error messages are shown on the display of the power tool and/or in its operating program. If you are not able to remedy a defect, please contact one of the
addresses. You can find them under: www.boschrexroth.com or in the chapter Service and sales on page 23.

Gardez les outils électriques non utilisés hors de la portée des enfants. Ne permettez à personne non familière avec l’outil électrique ou qui n’a pas lu les présentes instructions d’utiliser l’outil électrique. Les outils électriques sont dangereux lorsqu’ils sont utilisés par des personnes inexpérimentées.
Entretenir avec soin les outils électriques et les outils amovibles. Vérifiez que les pièces mobiles fonctionnent correctement et ne se coincent pas. Vérifiez que des pièces ne sont pas cassées ou endommagées, risquant ainsi d’altérer le fonctionnement de l’outil électrique. Avant d’utiliser l’outil électrique, faites réparer les pièces endommagées. De nombreux accidents sont causés par des outils électriques mal entretenus.
Gardez les outils coupants aiguisés et propres. Des outils coupants soigneusement entretenus et dotées de bord coupant tranchant se bloquent moins et sont plus faciles à manipuler.
Veuillez utiliser l’outil électrique, les accessoires, les outils amovibles, etc. conformément à ces instructions. Veuillez également observer les conditions de travail et l’activité à effectuer. L’utilisation d’outils électriques pour des applications autres que celles auxquelles ils sont destinés peut conduire à des situations dangereuses.
Gardez les poignées et les surfaces de préhension sèches, propres et exemptes d’huile et de graisse. Les poignées et les surfaces de préhension glissantes ne permettent pas d’utiliser et de contrôler l’outil électrique en toute sécurité dans des situations imprévues.
Utilisation et traitement de l’outil sur batterie
Chargez les accumulateurs uniquement dans des chargeurs recommandés par le fabricant. Un chargeur qui convient pour un type d’accumulateur bien déterminé recèle un risque d’incendie s’il est utilisé pour charger des accumulateurs différents.
Utilisez uniquement les accumulateurs prévus pour les outils électriques respectifs. L’utilisation d’accumulateurs différents risque d’entraîner des blessures et un risque d’incendie.
Gardez l’accumulateur non utilisé à l’écart de trombones, pièces de monnaie, clés, clous, vis ou autres petits objets métalliques qui risquent de ponter les contacts. Un court-circuit entre les contacts de l’accumulateur peut provoquer des brûlures ou un incendie.
En cas d’application incorrecte, du fluide risque de sortir de l’accumulateur. Évitez le contact avec ce fluide. En cas de contact accidentel, rincer avec de l’eau. En cas de contact avec les yeux, consultez également un médecin. Le fluide sortant de l’accumulateur risque de causer des irritations cutanées ou des brûlures.
N’utilisez pas un accumulateur endommagé ou modifié. Les accumulateurs endommagés ou modifiés peuvent se comporter de manière imprévisible et provoquer un incendie, une explosion ou des blessures.
N’exposez pas un accumulateur au feu ou à des températures élevées. Le feu ou des températures supérieures à 130 °C peuvent provoquer une explosion.
Suivez toutes les instructions de chargement et ne chargez jamais la batterie ou l’outil sur batterie en dehors de la plage de température indiquée dans le mode d’emploi. Un chargement incorrect ou en dehors de la plage de température autorisée peut détruire l’accumulateur et augmenter le risque d’incendie.

Service après-vente
Faites réparer votre outil électrique uniquement par du personnel spécialisé qualifié et uniquement avec des pièces de rechange d’origine. Cela permettra de garantir la sécurité de l’outil électrique.
Ne jamais entretenir un accumulateur endommagé. Toute la maintenance des accumulateurs doit être effectuée uniquement par le fabricant ou les centres de service après-vente autorisés.
Consignes de sécurité relatives à la visseuse
Tenez l’outil électrique par les surfaces de préhension isolées lorsque vous effectuez des travaux où la vis peut heurter des lignes électriques cachées. Le contact de la vis avec un câble sous tension peut également alimenter les parties métalliques de l’appareil et provoquer un choc électrique.
Bien tenir l’outil électrique. Le serrage des vis génère des couples de réaction élevés qui doivent être maintenus. Si nécessaire, un support doit être utilisé.
Fixez la pièce à usiner. Il est plus sûr de serrer la pièce à usiner dans des dispositifs de serrage ou dans un étau que de la tenir dans la main.
Veillez au programme sélectionné avant de mettre l’outil électrique en marche. Il peut y avoir des directions de mouvement inattendues de l’outil électrique.
Respectez les prescriptions et dispositions en vigueur dans le pays d’utilisation de l’outil électrique.
Évaluer les risques liés à l’arbre rotatif sur le lieu de travail. Si nécessaire, prenez des mesures de protection.
Sécurité réseau
Sauf documentation contraire, les produits Rexroth sont exclusivement conçus pour fonctionner dans des réseaux locaux, physiquement et logiquement sécurisés, avec un accès limité aux personnes autorisées, et ne sont pas classés selon la norme CEI 62443-4-2 (version actuelle).
Tenez compte de l’état actuel de la technique. Respectez en outre toutes les consignes de sécurité et les
instructions de la conception.
Utilisation conforme
Outil électrique
L’outil électrique est uniquement destiné à être utilisé dans un environnement industriel. Vous pouvez utiliser l’outil électrique pour effectuer des vissages qui nécessitent une courbe de couple ininterrompue, sans accélérations et/ ou sans pointes de couple telles que le stick-slip. L’outil électrique ne doit être mis en service qu’après avoir été intégré dans l’installation à laquelle il est destiné et que si cette dernière répond aux exigences de la directive Machines de la CE sans exception aucune.
Respectez les conditions de fonctionnement et les seuils de puissance figurant parmi les caractéristiques techniques.
L’exploitation de l’outil électrique n’est autorisée que si les prescriptions nationales relatives à la compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) applicables à l’application respective sont respectées. Vous trouverez les remarques relatives à une installation conforme CEM dans la documentation relative au composant respectif. Sur les systèmes de vissage Rexroth, il est uniquement permis d’utiliser les accessoires divers et installés homologués pour les systèmes de vissage Rexroth. Il est interdit de monter ou de brancher des composants non homologués. Il en va de même pour les câbles, les lignes et les accumulateurs appartenant au système de vissage Rexroth. Sinon, il y a des risques pour le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité du système.

5 Transport et stockage
Retirez l’accumulateur de l’outil électrique. Respectez les conditions ambiantes pour l’outil électrique (voir
Caractéristiques techniques page 31). Pour les accumulateurs Li-ion, suivez les instructions fournies dans
le manuel.
6 Montage
ATTENTION
Démarrage involontaire lors de travaux sur l’outil électrique! Risque de blessures en cas d’actionnement intempestif du commutateur de démarrage alors que l’accumulateur est en place. Retirez l’accumulateur de l’outil électrique avant toute
intervention sur celui-ci (par ex. montage, entretien, changement d’outil, etc.) ainsi que lors de son transport et de son rangement.
Charger l’accumulateur
Utilisez uniquement les chargeurs spécifiés dans les caractéristiques techniques. Seuls ces chargeurs sont adaptés à l’accumulateur Li-ion utilisé dans votre outil électrique.
Au moment de son expédition, l’accumulateur n’est chargé que partiellement.
Rechargez complètement l’accumulateur dans le chargeur avant la première utilisation. Cela garantit la pleine performance de l’accumulateur.
Retirer l’accumulateur (images A1 – A2) L’outil électrique dispose de deux étapes de verrouillage qui évitent que l’accumulateur ne tombe en cas d’actionnement accidentel de la touche de déverrouillage de l’accumulateur. Tant que l’accumulateur est inséré dans l’outil électrique, il est maintenu en position par le verrouillage. L’alimentation en courant du module de commande intégré est maintenue pendant env. 20 secondes lors d’un changement de l’accumulateur. 1. Placez le sélecteur de programme en position centrale (verrouillage
de la mise sous tension). 2. Appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage (A1, page 5) et retirez
l’accumulateur (A2, page 5). Ce faisant, ne pas utiliser la force!

Monter la broche de sortie (image B)
Valide pour les types suivants : Interface V NEXO NX-A, Interface V NX-P 1. Choisissez la prise de broche de sortie appropriée (voir
Caractéristiques techniques, page 31) 2. Mettez la broche de sortie dans la position souhaitée (24 x 15°) sur
la denture frontale et fixez la collerette de fixation fermement dans le sens de la flèche. 3. Serrez la broche de sortie (par exemple, fixez l’aide au montage sur la bride de la broche de sortie et fixez l’aide au montage à l’aide d’un étau).

REMARQUE! Ne serrez jamais l’outil électrique directement sur les coques du boîtier. Sinon, l’outil électrique peut être endommagé. 4. Serrez la broche de sortie sur la collerette de fixation dans le sens de
la flèche à l’aide d’un outil approprié. Couple de serrage 16 + 4 Nm
Monter le support de couple
ATTENTION
Vis à couple élevé Lors du vissage avec des couples élevés, il existe un risque de blessure, en particulier au niveau des articulations, en raison des forces exercées sur l’outil électrique. Montez et utilisez un support de couple. Respectez les règles nationales et/ou de l’entreprise.
Montez le support de couple sur les surfaces désignées de la broche de sortie/de l’élément de la broche de sortie (voir les caractéristiques techniques de la broche de sortie).
Changement d’outil pour la tête de vissage avec carré mâle (Image C)
Installation de l’outil amovible Poussez la goupille de sécurité vers l’intérieur (par ex. à l’aide d’un
tournevis étroit) et faites glisser l’outil amovible sur le logement carré jusqu’à ce que la goupille de sécurité s’enclenche dans l’évidement de l’outil amovible. REMARQUE! Insérez l’outil amovible tout droit. En cas d’inclinaison, le carré ou le boulon d’encliquetage peut être endommagé ou le résultat de vissage peut être affecté.
Retrait de l’outil amovible Poussez la goupille de sécurité vers l’intérieur dans l’évidement de
l’outil de pose et retirez l’outil amovible de la fixation d’outil.
Remplacement de l’outil pour tête de visseuse avec mandrin à serrage rapide (Image D)
REMARQUE
Outils amovibles inappropriés L’utilisation d’outils amovibles inappropriés (trop longs, inadaptés, usés) peut endommager l’outil électrique. Utilisez des outils amovibles d’une longueur maximale de 10 cm
uniquement. N’utilisez que des outils amovibles avec une extrémité d’insertion
appropriée. Utilisez uniquement des outils amovibles et non usés.
Installation de l’outil amovible Faites glisser le manchon du mandrin à serrage rapide vers l’avant,
insérez l’outil amovible dans la fixation d’outil et relâchez le mandrin à serrage rapide. REMARQUE! Insérez l’outil amovible de manière à ce que la tige soit solidement fixée dans la fixation d’outil. Sinon, l’outil d’insertion peut glisser et ne plus être contrôlé.
Retrait de l’outil amovible Faites glisser le manchon du mandrin à serrage rapide vers l’avant,
retirez l’outil amovible de la fixation d’outil et relâchez le mandrin à serrage rapide.

7 Mise en service
ATTENTION
Rayonnement laser ­ Classe de laser 2 ! Émission lumineuse dans la plage visible ! Regarder directement dans la source de rayonnement du lecteur de codes-barres (classe 2 Diode laser basse consommation) peut entraîner des lésions de l’oeil (rétiniennes). Lors de modifications et de réglages de la source laser, un rayonnement laser dangereux peut s’échapper de manière incontrôlée.
Ne regardez pas directement dans le rayon laser. Ne manipulez pas la source laser. Ne modifiez pas les valeurs par défaut.
REMARQUE
Montage incomplet L’outil électrique ne doit pas être démarré si la broche de sortie/ l’élément de la broche de sortie est enlevé.
Ne mettez pas l’outil électrique en service tant que le montage n’est pas terminé.
Pour l’outil électrique de type Interface V NX_-A / Interface V NX_P, montez une broche de sortie adaptée.
Configurez les broches spéciales dans le programme de commande LUXAos en fonction des caractéristiques techniques. Tenez compte du rendement et de la transmission de la broche de sortie spéciale.
Utilisation de composants incorrects Dommages matériels par l’utilisation de composants incorrects.
Lors de l’utilisation de composants, vérifiez leur adéquation avec l’outil électrique à l’aide de la documentation des composants utilisés.
Utilisez uniquement les composants appropriés.

ATTENTION ! Une mise sous tension accidentelle peut entraîner des blessures. Pour éviter cela, placez le sélecteur de programme en position centrale. 1. Insérez l’accumulateur chargé dans la poignée jusqu’à ce qu’il

Le logiciel Rexroth LUXAos permet de configurer différents réglages sur l’outil électrique. Respectez toutes les consignes de sécurité et les instructions de
la conception.

Choisir un programme (Image F)
La visseuse ne démarre que si un programme a été configuré et assigné via LUXAos.
1. Réglez la sélection de programmes à l’aide du sélecteur de programmes. L’outil électrique ne démarre que lorsque le sélecteur de programme n’est pas au centre (verrouillage de la mise en marche).
2. Enfoncez le sélecteur de programme tout à gauche ou tout à droite.
Démarrer/Quitter le programme
Appuyez sur le commutateur de démarrage et le maintenir enfoncé. Le processus de vissage s’arrête automatiquement en fonction des paramètres définis. Le relâchement prématuré du commutateur de démarrage provoque l’arrêt du processus de vissage.
Changer l’accumulateur
L’alimentation en courant du module de commande intégré est maintenue pendant env. 20 secondes lors d’un changement de l’accumulateur. Retirer l’accumulateur Voir Retirer l’accumulateur (images A1 – A2) page 28.

9 Maintenance et réparation
ATTENTION
Réalisation incorrecte de travaux de service Des travaux de service mal effectués peuvent entraîner des blessures ou des dommages. Les travaux de service doivent uniquement être effectués par un
personnel qualifié, notamment lors de travaux mettant en jeu la sécurité. Rexroth recommande le service Rexroth (voir Service et distribution page 32).

Outil électrique sale Les salissures, en particulier dans la fixation d’outil et les fentes d’aération, peuvent endommager l’outil électrique. Maintenez l’outil électrique et les fentes d’aération propres pour
travailler bien et en toute sécurité. Enlevez les contaminants importants sur la fixation d’outil avant le
changement d’outil.
Les outils électriques NEXO ont été soumis à un essai d’endurance de 500 000 cycles de vissage (procédé de vissage à 2 niveaux, avec serrage au couple maximal) et ne nécessitent pas d’entretien pendant ce nombre de cycles.
Maintenance Afin d’augmenter la durée de service de l’outil électrique, il est recommandé de faire ensuite effectuer une maintenance préventive auprès de la Bosch Rexroth AG (voir Service et distribution page 32).
10 Mise hors service
Désactiver l’outil électrique Désactivez l’outil électrique à l’aide de l’écran.
Retirer l’accumulateur Voir Retirer l’accumulateur (images A1 – A2) page 28.
11 Démontage et remplacement
L’outil électrique doit être considéré comme une unité. En cas de défauts ou de dysfonctionnements, il est alors nécessaire de remplacer l’outil électrique complet.
Réclamations et réparations
