Product Usage Instructions

How to Setup

  1. Install GIADA device according to the instructions in the HOW
    TO WIRE section.

  2. Install GIADA official app available for Android and iOS, then
    go to HOW TO CONNECT section to reach your new GIADA device.

  3. Configure the device: see the HOW TO CONFIGURE & MANAGE
    section to discover all the functions to manage your lamp.

  4. Turn on the light!

How to Configure & Manage

  • Create a room to manage a group of lamps: settings, add
    room.

How to Connect

  1. Connect your Android or iOS device to the Wi-Fi network chosen
    for your lamps.

  2. Add a lamp to a room: settings, select lamp, assign a room, and
    select the desired room.

  3. Make sure your GIADA device is powered on and that it is less
    than five meters away, then start GIADA app. Your new device will
    be automatically recognized and added to the available lights: just
    tap on Configure and insert your network password when
    prompted.

  4. Manage a room: tap on your lights and select the desired
    room.

  5. Tune brightness and color of your lamps! * (options available
    depend on the model)

Warnings:

  • Risk of electric shock or fire. Make sure that the mains
    voltage is disconnected when making any connections.

  • Only qualified personnel should make the connections.

  • Use only wire of proper section for both input and output.

  • Make sure to connect input and output correctly.

  • The PUSH input can be used with a NO (normally open) push
    button. Keep wire length as short as possible and do not exceed 5
    meters in length.

  • PUSH input is not insulated from the mains voltage.

  • Use suitable load (see ELECTRICAL DATA section).

  • In order to prevent damage and maintain product reliability,
    ensure proper aeration and keep the device away from heat
    sources.

Q: How do I pair the GIADA device with the remote control?

A: Power on the GIADA device and press any key of the remote
control within ten seconds to pair them. To delete all previous
paired remotes, power on and off the GIADA device three times
quickly.

Q: How do I change the default name of a lamp in the GIADA

app?

A: Tap on the settings button, select the lamp, and input the
desired name to change the default name of the lamp in the GIADA
app.

Create a room to manage a group of lamps: settings, add room

HOW TO CONNECT

Connect your Android or iOS device to the Wi-Fi network chosen for your lamps.

Add a lamp to a room: settings, select lamp, assign a room and select the desired room.
