Product Usage Instructions

Arrival & QR-Code-Scan
Upon arrival at the factory premises, locate the sign with a QR code and scan it with your smartphone to register digitally.

Language Selection & Registration
After scanning the QR code, select your desired display language and enter the reference of your time window provided by your employer. Verify the pre- filled data, correct if necessary, enter the license plate number, confirm correctness, and complete registration by clicking on Send.

Wait until Call-off (only in case of collections)
Once registered, wait for authorization to access the factory premises. Do not close the web interface and find a nearby parking spot while waiting for notification.

License Plate Verification & Entry
Upon authorization, you will receive a notification to enter the factory premises. Approach the barrier at walking pace for entry.

• Where can I find the QR code for registration?
  The QR code is located in the access area of the factory premises or can be accessed via the provided web link.

• What should I do if there are multiple vouchers displayed during registration?
  Select any voucher and click on the line highlighted in green. Verify and correct the pre-filled data if needed before confirming and completing the registration process.

• Dear parcel service providers, we kindly ask you to register digitally via smartphone before entering our factory premises.
• To do this, please scan the QR code, which you will find in the entrance area of our factory premises / on the following page. The delivery and collection processes differ slightly, as shown below.

• To register, you need to scan this with your smartphone.

Language Selection & Registration

1. Scanning the QR code takes you to the view shown above. Select your desired display language for the interface here.

2. Enter the reference of your time window in the following view.
   The reference was created by your employer when the time slot was created.
   For parcel service providers

   • Incoming goods: Company name + WE – e.g. KEP WE
   • Outgoing goods: Company name + WA – e.g. KEP WA

3. After entering the reference, click on the displayed document. –
   If several vouchers are displayed please select any.
   Then please click on the line highlighted in green.

4. Please check the correctness of the pre-filled data; if necessary make any necessary corrections.
   When entering the factory premises, the licence plate number is verified.

Wait until Call-off (only in case of collections)

• When you register, the staff working at the gate will be informed of your arrival.
• You will receive a notification within the app interface, as soon as access to the factory premises is authorised.
• Therefore, please do not close the web interface. Please look for a nearby car park, for example, on the left side of the access road.

License plate verification & Entry

• As soon as your access to the factory premises is authorised, you will receive a notification.

• The entrance to the factory premises is now possible.

• Please approach the barrier at walking pace.

• It will open after verification of the licence plate number.

Handover of Parcels – Digital Confirmation – Exit

• After entering the premises of the machine factory, the handover of parcels takes place.

• For pick-ups at the gate spare parts dispatch

• In future, we will ask you to sign the consignment handover digitally on a tablet.

• The process will be closed with following message on your smartphone:
