EM-01 Bookoo Espresso Monitor
The BOOKOO Espresso Monitor (EM for short) is a wireless pressure sensor device designed to monitor real-time pressure in coffee brewing. With this device, you can generate extraction curve graphs in a mobile application to obtain references for optimizing coffee extraction.
EM can also be paired with the Coffee Bluetooth Electronic Scale to obtain additional data such as flow rate, liquid weight, and pressure. We recommend using the BOOKOO THEMIS MINI coffee scale for better data processing results, and it is also compatible with Acaia and Felicia smart Bluetooth scales.
Efficient sharing of extraction curves and other related information can be done through posters, files, and other means, making coffee data sharing more convenient.
BOOKOO EM assists you in exploring the art of coffee extraction and improving coffee quality.
Disclaimer: This pressure sensor is a high-precision measuring device. Please adhere to the instructions outlined in this manual without deviation. This product’s warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.
