REDTIGER 1080P 4K Front and Rear Dash Cam
WARNING: Be careful when using your camera and its accessories. Always be cautious of your surroundings to avoid injuring yourself and others.
Make sure to follow all local laws including all privacy laws which may restrict recording in certain areas.

To maintain compliance with IC’s RF Exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20cm the radiator your body. This device and its antenna(s) must not be co-located or operation in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

(Required for Parking Mode. Prevents car battery drain.)(Not included, purchase separately)
Note:
- If your car’s cigarette lighter still has power after parking, please manually unplug it.
- Please use the original car charger to power the dash cam.
Setting Up Your Camera
Power Button

Power-on state
Long press the power button to reset the dash cam. Short press to lock/unlock the video. -
Power-off state
Short press to turn on the dash cam.
Indicator Light
The indicator light will flash during recording.
Setting Up Your Camera
Micro SD (TF) Card
- You’ll need a micro SD card to save your videos and photos.
- Please Use a U3 Class 10 SD™ Card dedicated or your camera may malfunction.
- The dash camera supports 32-256GB SD card.
- Please format the SD card regularly to extend its lifespan.
- Please insert the SD card with the power off.
Firmware Update
- Format the SD card on your dash cam with APP control.
- Format the SD card on the computer again. (Card reader needed)
- Unzip the new firmware folder.
- Move the BIN file to the SD card.
- Turn off the dash cam and plug in the SD card.
- Charge the dash cam and it will update automatically.
Installation Steps
Install The Dash Cam
Please power up the dash cam and check all its functions before installation.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
- Wipe the windshield with a damp cloth and stick the electrostatic sticker onto it. Install the dash cam onto the electrostatic tape with 3M tape.
- Connect the Type c car charger to cigarette lighter.
Kindly Notes
If necessary, you can simply seperate the dash cam from the bracket as shown
in the picture.
Install The Rear Camera

This rear camera is a specially used inside the car and it’s not waterproof. We suggest installing it on the windshield inside the car.
If you need a camera used outside, please contact customer service. -
Stick the electrostatic sticker on the windshield and install the rear camera on it.

POP-UP: The dashboard can only connect to one phone at a time. When the phone is connected to wifi, mobile devices outside cannot connect.

Parking Monitor (Hardwire Kit Required)
- Collision Emergency Recording > Start recording and lock videos when collision is detected.
- Time-Lapse Recording > Record at very low 1 fps per second. Turn off or choose the time to record in the next 12h/24h/48 hours.
- Wi-Fi Name > Change the WiFi name
- Wi-Fi Password > Change the WiFi password (If you forget the password after changing, long press the power button to reset the dashcam. The password will be reset to 12345678)
- Firmware Version > Check the firmware version number
- Format SD Card > Delete all data
- Reset Factory reset
Parking Mode ( Optional )
Since some customers don’t need Parking Mode, the hardwire kit is not included in your package. Please contact us to get one.
Collision Emergency Recording
- Start recording and lock videos when collision is detected.
- Only effective after time-lapse recording off.
- Setting Steps
Set Collision Sensing Sensitivity> Low/Middle/High Collision Emergency Recording > On
Time-lapse Recording > Off
Time-Lapse Recording
- Record at very low 1 fps per second in the next 12/24/48 hours.
- The indicator light will flash during time-lapse recording.

Trouble Shooting
WIFI CONNECTION GOES WRONG
Connection Prepare
- Mobile data /VPN is off
- 16 ft less close to your F9
- Only allowed 1 device connection

OTHER PROBLEM
Won’t enter Parking Mode
- Hardwire kit needed (Need to purchase separately)
- App shows “ACC disconnected” pop-up after connecting the hardwire kit means the connection is wrong.
Camera always on after Car turned down
- Powered by hardwire kit-Wrong connection of Red wire and Yellow wire.
- Powered by car charger-The cigarette lighter still has power after parking.
Over Heat
- Camera should stay between -4°F- 158°F
RECEIVED DEAD CAMERA?
Use USB cable to connect your camera with computer and verify that the
indicator is blinking.
- If not, please Contact Redtiger directly.
ULTIMATE SOLUTION
Use different charging ways to verify if the camera work.
- Unplug all cables from the camera (make sure you can perform the following steps to troubleshoot).
- Plug Type-C USB charger to see if the camera working. If not, please use your personal USB charge and check again.
- Check your SD card is U3 Class10, if not, please change to one that is U3 Class10.
- Plug SD card and see if the camera working, if not, please contact Redtiger.
- If the methods above don’t solve your problem, feel free to contact Redtiger and please leave your contact information and current address which may be needed if a replacement is warranted.
