INSTALLATION GUIDE
PBS Baths
This site guide is provided for the installation of PBS Bathtubs.
Instructions for Installation of PBS Baths
Instructions for use
- These instructions for use must be carefully read before installation.
- Check on content of delivery and condition of the components Check delivery after receipt for completeness and possibly damage (see parts list on page 4).
- Inform the dealer immediately when damage is apparent. We are not liable for damage arising during or after installation / fitting.
Check door width before starting work
- Does the bath pass through the door of the room in which the bath will be installed?
Lifting/moving
- The bath must only be lifted/moved using the transport straps provided – never use the hoses or installation parts.
Laying circuits
- Do not lay any circuits under the bath.
Use suitable protective covers to prevent damage to surfaces and blockages by dirt or dust arising during fitting. Cover sensitive components (drain, nozzles, control panel) temporarily with a protective cover before starting the installation / fitting.
Special precautions
When cleaning the tiles, make sure that no ammoniac or a similar aggressive cleaning agent come into contact with the installed parts.
Checking that the tub is waterproof
After connecting the water supply and drainage pipes, the tub must be filled and examined to ensure that it is waterproof.

After unpacking, please confirm the parts and quantity according to the following.
Bathtub Installation Preparation
Please make sure that the size of the bathtub allows it to be installed more than 100mm off the wall and determine the installation position of the bathtub.
Handling Bathtub
Please use carrying belts to carry the bathtub. (The carrying belts are not supplied)
Bathtub Levelling
Use a level to make sure the bathtub is installed horizontally.
Connecting Drain
Connect the bathtub drain fitting to the drain. (After installation, inject water to check if the seal is good).
Adjustment Stability
Adjusting the overall stability of the bathtub with the adjustable feet.
Fix Bathtub
Fix the base to the floor with silicone and wait until it is cured before using the bath.
Clean Bathtub
Use a mild detergent and soft cloth to clean the bath.

Pre-Installation
Before starting the installation process, ensure you have read the instructions for use provided in the manual. Check the contents of the delivery and inspect for any damages. Make sure the bath can fit through the door of the installation room.
Handling and Moving
When lifting or moving the bathtub, only use the transport straps provided. Do not use hoses or installation parts for lifting. Protect sensitive components with covers to prevent damage during fitting.
Waterproofing Check
After connecting water supply and drainage pipes, fill the tub with water to check for waterproofing. Ensure there are no leaks before proceeding further.
Installation Steps
- Bathtub Installation Preparation: Ensure the bathtub is positioned at least 100mm away from the wall.
- Handling Bathtub: Use carrying belts to transport the bathtub.
- Bathtub Leveling: Use a level to ensure the bathtub is installed horizontally.
- Connecting Drain: Connect the drain fitting and check for proper sealing by injecting water.
- Adjustment Stability: Adjust the stability of the bathtub using adjustable feet.
- Fix Bathtub: Secure the base to the floor with silicone and allow it to cure before use.
- Cleaning: Use a mild detergent and soft cloth to clean the bathtub.
