Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the System
Put the bottom foam on a flat surface with the wire opening on the right side. Ensure the electrical box is on the same side as Flat surface A.
Step 2: Install the Compressor
Place the compressor on the system with the electrical box oriented like Flat surface A. Insert the compressor grommets into the designated holes.
Step 3: Attach the Front Acoustic Hood
Slide the front acoustic hood onto the system, ensuring the tubes pass through the horizontal cuts. Do not handle by the ears or velcros. Pass compressor wires through the pre-cut hole on the foam.
Step 4: Add the Back Acoustic Hood
Attach the back acoustic hood, making sure the dove tail is closed and the surfaces are in contact.
Step 5: Secure the Acoustic Hood
Fasten the velcro to close and maintain the acoustic hood.
Ensure the bottom acoustic hood is covered by the front and back hood.
Step 6: Add the Soft Cover Jacket
Place the soft cover jacket to close and maintain the acoustic hood. Close all hook and loop fasteners to minimize moisture risks and ensure a high tightness level.
Accessing Oil Sightglass
To access the oil sight glass, open the flap, remove the plug, visualize the oil level, put back the plug, and close the fastener.
