Product Usage Instructions
Viewing ASN Status
- Access the menu and navigate to Delivery.
- Select Advanced Shipping Notification and click on ASN Overview.
- In the ASN Overview section, you can view the following ASN statuses:
- Draft
- Published
- Goods Receipt Partial
- Closed
Viewing Goods Receipt Date
- To check the Goods Receipt (GR) date at Danfoss end, click on the respective ASN number where the Goods receipt is complete.
- You can find additional details such as ASN number, PO number, and GR date by moving the bar to the right side.

In ASN Overview, we can see ASN status
- Draft: ASN created, but ASN not published.
- Published: Shipment started, Goods in transit
- Goods Receipt Complete: Goods received at Danfoss end
- Goods Receipt Partial: Goods received Partially at Danfoss’s end
- Closed: ASN closed by Danfoss
- To see the date of GR done at Danfoss end, click the ASN number where the Goods receipt complete is.
- Here you can see ASN number, ASN status, PO number and GR date etc.,
