Terms & Conditions ­- Samsung Delight Offer

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a Samsung Delight offer also known as Eco-system Offer or Multi-buy offer (“Offer”) on purchase of any variant of Galaxy S24 Series (“Primary Device”) & eligible purchase of Galaxy Tablet (“Secondary Device”).

2. Customer who purchase/d Galaxy S24 (any variant) between 16rd July, 2024 until 31st July, 2024 Offer Period”) shall be eligible for the Offer.

2025 Under this Offer, customer will get additional benefit of up to INR 6,000/- on purchase of eligible Galaxy Tablet (as defined in the below table) i.e. Secondary Device over and above the existing offer (as applicable on Secondary Device).

• A customer can purchase the Primary Device from both Online and Offline Channels to be eligible for the Offer. The online purchase can be done on Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app), whereas the offline purchase can be done at the select Samsung stores (hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”).
• Customer’s participation in the Offer is on voluntary basis.
• Mentioned offer cannot be converted or used in any other form other than instant benefit on purchase of eligible Galaxy Tablet (as defined in the table in S.No.3).

Samsung Delight offer on Online Outlet / Online Portal:

a. Offer on Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app):
New Primary Device purchase during the Offer Period:

a. In case the Customer purchases the Primary Device on Samsung Shop during the Offer Period, customer shall be informed about the Offer via on site promotion, buy together recommendation/ add to cart prompt and/or other possible communications.
b. To avail the additional benefit, customer shall add eligible Galaxy Tablet i.e. Secondary Device of their choice in the same bill of Primary Device. Samsung Shop will facilitate instant benefit of up to INR 5,000/- over and above any other applicable offer (i.e. Bank cashback, upgrade and coupon as applicable).
c. The price of Primary Device and Secondary Device as listed on the Samsung Shop shall be inclusive of all taxes.
d. The shipping of the Primary Device/ Secondary Device will be subject to availability of stocks.

Samsung will not be responsible or liable for respectively:

o Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
o Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
o Any late transmissions or entries;
o Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
o Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device;
o Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or product(s) due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies or operational & technical issues or for any other reason beyond its control;
o Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances;

2026 Samsung Delight offer via select Samsung Stores (“Offline Outlet”):

I. Customer shall complete the purchase of Primary Device within the Samsung Delight offer period.

II. All eligible customers can avail the Offer via MyGalaxy app (post registration).

III. Customer to share the offer coupon code Generated via MyGalaxy app with the Samsung SEC (Samsung Brand promoter/ Sales agent) available at the respective Offline Outlet.

IV. Automated system to check the validity of the Offer and upon clearance of all system checks, respective Offline Outlet shall pass the benefit of up to INR 5,000/- to the customer.

V. Customer can chose to select and purchase Secondary Device within 07 days of Primary Device purchase.

VI. Primary Device bought from the respective Offline Outlet will only be eligible for the Samsung Delight offer.

VII. Customer can buy the Secondary Device from either the same Offline Outlet from where he/ she purchased the Primary Device or else from any other Offline Outlet respectively.

VIII. Customer’s participation is on voluntary basis.

IX. Samsung Delight offer provided by Offline Outlet is subject to stock availability.

• Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Samsung Delight or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
• In case customer do not comply with the timelines mentioned for each respective step i.e. purchase of Primary Device & Secondary Device during the Offer Period, then customer shall not be eligible for the Samsung Delight Offers and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or against its authorized partners in this regard.
• All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi, India.
