Pairing the Keyboard:
- Ensure the keyboard is charged and turned on.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device.
- Select “DUX DUCIS Keyboard” from the list of available devices.

How do I connect my device with the DUX DUCIS keyboard via Bluetooth
DUX DUCIS KEYBOARD PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS
- On the keyboard, turn on the POWER button. Be sure all of the r devices that accept a Bluetooth signal are out of range or have Bluetooth turned off.
- Press and hold the “Fn + button on the the keyboard for 3 to 4 seconds.
- The “Status” light will flash on the keyboard and your device will display as Wireless keyboard”
- On your iPad, select SETTINGS BLUETOOTH, select “ Wireless keyboard”
- The keyboard will now be paired (“ to your device
DUX DUCIS KEYBOARD TROUBLESHOOTING
A few things can cause devices not to pair with the keyboard case
- Dead battery on the keyboard
- Operating system on iPad/Tablet needs updating
- Need to Re Pair the keyboard with your device
- Problem with the keyboard itself
Step to fix the connection problem
- Make sure your device is the latest version. Perform a hard reset on your device. Your device manufacturer will have these instructions on their website
- Turn off the keyboard
- Turn the keyboard on. You should see the status light turn on for about 4 seconds and then turn off. If not, charge the keyboard.
- Turn on the device and Go to SETTINGS BLUETOOTH. Do you see the keyboard listed as a Wireless Keyboard ” on your device? If yes, click on the arrow to the right and then choose to have your device “Forget this Device.”
- Click on the Bluetooth button on the keyboard and see the status light flash.
- You should see the keyboard listed as a “ Wireless Keyboard
- Select the keyboard by touching it on your device.
- Your keyboard should now be paired with your device
If your device gives you an error message, try again.
