Ensure loader/cutter is in the locked position (at front of applicator). Roll
RapID Evo Tags towards you firmly.
Bias the pins outwards to avoid jamming. Leave the last two RapID Evo Tags
Unrolled. Load into drum. Depress the clamp (A) firmly. Slide tags out until
location lugs are between first and second tags. Pull trigger to move tag into
the Load position. Ensure that the applicator is tilted to the left in the
following steps Pull topslide back to cut the tag. Push topslide forward to
load into applicator jaw. Check tag position. Avoid Iodine based disinfectants
when sterilising tags. If irritation occurs after applying the identification
tag, please consult your veterinarian for appropriate treatment. Select
optimum position on ear for tag.
Pull trigger to apply. Tags should be located as close to the head as
practically possible, allowing room for growth if required.
Keep your trusty Allflex Sheep Tag Applicator running at full speed by keeping
it clean. All it takes is a quick rinse of water to loosen any dirt or grime
that might have accumulated during tag application.
Remove the barrel to clean inside applicator.
For best results wash the applicator periodically during application
sessions.
