Product Usage Instructions
Before First Use
After unpacking the heater, check for damages. Keep the packaging for
future transport. Dispose of packaging properly. Ensure plastic bags are kept
away from children.
First Use
Expect a burnt odor initially. Read instructions carefully. Save the manual
for future reference. Normal operation may include sounds during warm-up or
cooldown.
Assembly
- Place the heater with minimum safety distances.
- Drill holes in the wall as per dimensions.
- Attach the wall bracket and hook the heater.
- Fasten the upper part of the heater to the wall bracket.

Important safety information
You must obey common safety guidelines when using electrical products, especially in the presence of children.
WARNING! To avoid electric shock or damage due to the heat, always make sure the plug is pulled out before the heater is moved or cleaned.
- Read the instructions carefully.
- The product is intended for home use only.
- Make sure the heater is connected to the house’s regular mains (230 V), as it indicated on the heater.
- New heaters will produce a specific odor when used the first time. This will stop after a short time and is completely harmless.
- Check for any pieces of packing foam or cardboard that may have fallen into the heating elements of the heater. These pieces must be removed in order to avoid unpleasant odors.
- Prevent the heater from overheating – do not cover.
- Always turn off the heater and unplug it when not used for a long time.
- Pay special attention if the heater is used in rooms where children, the handicapped or elderly reside.
- The heater should not be set up directly beneath an electrical socket outlet.
- The cord must not be laid under any kind of carpet. Make sure the cord is laid in such a way that nobody can trip on it.
- The heater must not be used if either the cord or plug is damaged. The heater must not be used if it has been dropped on the floor or is damaged in any other way causing it to malfunction.
- Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heater.
- The cord must be repaired by the manufacturer or by an expert if it has been damaged, to avoid dangerous situations.
- Avoid using extension cords, which may overheat and could possibly start a fire.
- Never cover the air vents on the heater. Avoid potential fire hazards by making sure the air intakes are not blocked or covered. The heater should be used in rooms with normal flat floors.
- The heater must be fixed to the wall before using it.
- The heater should not be installed in close proximity to flammable materials of any kind because there can always be a risk of fire.
- The heater must never be used in rooms where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids are stored, such as in a garage.
- The heater is approved for use in zone 2 in bathrooms.
- Never touch an electric heater with wet hands. The heater should be installed so a person showering or taking a bath cannot come into direct contact with it.
- The heater becomes hot when it is on. Therefore, be careful and avoid burning or scorching your skin.
- The heater must be switched off, the plug removed and the heater must cool down before it is moved.
- Avoid overloading the mains (the circuit) where the heater is connected. The heater may overload the electrical circuit if other electrical devices are plugged into the same socket outlet.
- The device cannot be used by children under 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction in the safe use of the device and understand the hazards involved.
- Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by unsupervised children.
- Children under the age of 3 should be kept away from the device, unless they are under constant supervision.
- Children aged 3 to 8 years are only permitted to turn the device ON/OFF, assuming the device is mounted according to the assembly instructions and the children have received instruction or supervisionin the safe use of the device and understand the hazards involved.
WARNING :
- Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
- To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1 m from the air outlet.
- STORE THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE!
- NEVER TOUCH YOUR PANEL HEATER OR ITS CASING WITH WET HANDS!
IN ORDER TO AVOID OVERHEATING, DO NOT COVER THE HEATER.
Before first use
- After unpacking the heater, check to make sure the product was not damaged during transport. Contact the retailer or importer if you discover any visible damages to the product.
- Keep the outer packaging to transport the heater in the future. If you want to dispose the packaging, make sure it is done properly. Keep plastic bags away from children.
First use
- After turning on the heater for the first time or after an extended period without use, the heater can produce a burnt odor for a short time. This is normal.
- Please read the instructions carefully before use. Save the instruction manual for future use.
- It is also normal for the heater to make “sounds” when it warms up or cools down.
Description of heater
Assembly
Make sure the heater is placed according to the minimum safety distances in illustration above.
- Drill holes in the wall according to the dimensions in the supplied illustration sheet.
- Fasten the wall-bracket to the wall with the supplied screws as in illustration 2.
- Hook the heater to the wall bracket starting with the bottom as in illustration 3.
- Fasten the upper part of the panel heater to the wall bracket with the supplied screws.
WARNING! Before starting the product, make sure that it is properly fixed to the wall. If the product is not mounted correctly, problems may occur.

If the temperature sensor is not functioning properly, you will see the symbol below on the display. Please contact the dealer or importer.
Start using
- Turn on the power switch, the heater enter into standby mode, and show on display.
- Press button to turn on the heater, and the heater will enter into factory default state as the first use.
- The heating indicator light is on if the heater is heating.
- Factory default state:
- Free mode, temperature setting 22℃
- Day : 1(Monday); Time: 00:00 ( hour : minute)
- Open window function : Off
- Timer : Off
Week and time setting
Please note you must set the week and time first time you use the heater.
Please follow below steps to activate week and time settings:
- Press and hold button 3 seconds, display show d and flash.
- Press or button, display show I (Monday) and flash.
- Press or button to select from 1 to 7 (Monday to Sunday)
- Press to confirm day setting and enter time setting, display show H and flash.
- Press or button to set hour.
- Press to confirm hour setting and enter minute setting, display show and flash.
- Press or button to set minute.
- Press button to confirm all settings.
Please note the week and time will be reset to factory default setting if the power supply is cut off. The other settings will remain the same as last settings before power supply cutting. So in order to keep your heater running correctly, please reset the week and time if power supply cut off.
Heating mode
4 modes: Free mode (Fr), Weekly program (P1), Weekly program (P2), Anti-
frost mode (AF)
- Press button to select running mode: Fr→P1→P2→AF→Fr
- Free mode: Temperature set 5 ~35℃ by pressing or button.
- Weekly program:
- Please note if the week and time settings are not finished, the first time you enter P1/P2 mode, it is requested to set the week and time first.
- P1 : The program can not be modified. If you enter P1 mode, every day will run as the default setting as below.
- P2 : The program can be modified. The default setting are as below.
Setting:
- In P2 mode, press and hold button 3 seconds, display show di
- Press button to select from d1 to d7 (Monday to Sunday).
- Press button to confirm day setting, display C (℃) flash, press or button to set temperature from 5℃ to 35℃; Press button again to confirm temperature setting, display H flash, press or button to set running hours(from 0 to 24, means 00:00 to 24:00); Press button again to set temperature and hour until you set to 24:00; Press button to set d2 (Tuesday), and repeat the operations until all 7 days are set.
For better understanding, please see below example:
- Tuesday
- 00:00 to 07:00, requested temperature 20℃
- 07:00 to 17:00, requested temperature 10℃
- 17:00 to 24:00, requested temperature 25℃
Setting as below:
- In P2 mode, press and hold 3 seconds → Press and select d2(Tuesday)→ Press → Press and select 20 → Press → Press and select 7 (00:00 to 07:00, 20℃)
- Continue press → Press and select 10 → Press → Press and select 17 (07:00 to 17:00, 10℃)
- Continue press → Press and select 25 → Press → Press and select 24(17:00 to 24:00, 25℃) → d2(Tuesday) setting finished → Press to set d3-Wednesday
Anti-frost mode : Maintain the temperature at 7℃. Please note that no matter which mode, if room temperature is lower than 7℃, the anti-frost mode will be activated.
24 hours timer
- Press button to set timer from 0 to 24 hours.
- In any modes, if set timer, when time is up, the heater will turn off.
Open window function
- The heater has an open window function.
- Default setting of the open window function is off.
- Follow the steps below to activate open window function:
- In standby mode, press and hold button for 5 seconds, display show F0 , then press button to set open window function on, display show O , and press button to set open window function off, display show OF , then press button to save setting, or wait 15 seconds to save automatically.
- Open window function description:
- If you open a window widely in the space where the heater is located and the temperature drops 2 ℃ or more than 2℃ in two minutes, a sensor will detect the sharp drop in temperature. The heater will switch out automatically and show FO in display.
- The heater will be reignited automatically after 10 minutes. However, you can manually switch on the heater before the 10 minutes end by pressing . The icon FO disappears and show previous operation mode.
Resetting the heater to factory default
- Turn off the heater’s main switch.
- Press and hold while you turn on the heater’s main switch.
Maintenance

For cleaning, always unplug the heater and leave it to cool.

Wipe the heater regularly with a damp cloth and dry the surface before turning on the heater again.

The heater must be cleaned at least once a month during the heating season.
CAUTION! The heater should never be immersed in water. Avoid using detergents to clean the heater. Never let any water get inside the heater; this can be hazardous. -
Dust etc. should be removed with a soft cloth.

The heater can be stored in a dry and clean place.
Warranty
The warranty is valid for 2 years. The heater will be repaired or replaced during this time should any malfunction occur. The warranty applies if the heater is used according to these instructions and the customer can present a purchase receipt. If the heater malfunctions in any way, please contact the store where it was purchased or the importer.
Waste disposal
The symbol indicates that this product is not to be disposed of together with
household waste. This product must be delivered to a recycling service or
container for electrical appliances and electronic equipment. This is done to
avoid health risks and prevent harm to the environment. Local businesses (or
the environmental station in your neighborhood) are required by law to accept
and recycle such products, as a means of environmentally sound disposal.
