Product Usage Instructions

Download and Install the App:
Search for Pintura Life in the App store to download and install the latest version of the App. -
Register and Login:
-
Language: Select the appropriate language.

Country: Select the region where you bought the product.

Register: Click on ‘New User?’ to enter your information and complete the registration.

Sign in: Enter your account information to sign in after agreeing to relevant agreements.
Group Management :
- Add Screen Groups:
- Create a screen group by clicking on the page icon on the upper right corner of the main screen.
- Screen connection: Select the screen to connect, enter Wi-Fi credentials, and wait for successful connection. You can add screens to a new or existing group for synchronized playback and settings.
Set Screen Groups:
- Select the group to control in the Screen group list.
- Set all screens of the group simultaneously by clicking on the upper right corner icon.
Upload Pictures:
- Select a group to upload pictures to.
- Pair screens with corresponding numbers displayed on the App.
- Choose a screen for upload, adjust orientation, and select pictures from Camera, Local Camera Roll, or Cloud Album.
- Publish to send pictures to the screen.

- Q: What should I do if the screen connection fails?
A: If the connection fails, try turning on Bluetooth, entering the correct Wi- Fi password, ensuring proximity between devices, and checking if the screen is powered on. If issues persist, restart the App and screen.

- App Download and Install
- Search for Pintura Life in the App store to download and install the latest version of the App.
- Register and Login

- Country: Select the region where you bought the product.
- Register: Make sure the phone can access the external network normally. Click【New User?
】 to enter your information and complete the registration. - Sign in: Enter your account information to sign in. You must read and agree to the relevant agreements before signning in.
Group Management
- Add Screen Groups
- Bluetooth pairing:
- Turn on bluetooth of the phone: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone’s settings page.
- Turn on bluetooth of the screen: The screen’s Bluetooth is enabled by default upon shipment. If (b.1) the Bluetooth cannot be detected during the connection process, or (b.2) if a previously connected screen requires Wi-Fi reconfiguration or (b.3) a Wi-Fi password change, Bluetooth must be manually activated.
- To activate the screen’s Bluetooth: Ensure the screen is powered on. Locate the Bluetooth button on the screen’s border, press and hold it for 2 seconds. A prompt will then appear on the screen, confirming that Bluetooth has been successfully activated. Additionally, if you press and hold the button for 10 seconds, the screen will reset to factory settings.
- b. Create a screen group: Click on the upper right corner of the main page to create a group.
- Screen connection: Select the screen you wish to connect, enter the WiFi credentials to configure the screen, and wait for the network to successfully connect. Once connected, you can either add the screen to a new group or incorporate it into an existing group.
- Screens within the same group can be synchronized for playback and settings. For setting parameters, please refer to Step 3.2. Screens not yet assigned to a group can be added to an existing group or linked to a newly created one.
- Connection fail: If the connection fails, please try: (d.1) manually turn on the Bluetooth , (d.2) enter the correct Wi-Fi password , (d.3) make the phone, screen, router as close as possible, (d.4) check if the screen is power on. If still fails, try restarting the App and screen.
- If certain screens cannot be connected, create a group with the successfully added screens first. Then, revisit the steps above to reconfigure the network and attempt to add them again.
- Set Screen Groups
- Select the group you want to control in the 【Screen group】 list.
- b. Click the on the upper right corner to set all screens of the group at the same time.
- 【Sync play】Sync all screens and play from the first picture after 10 seconds.【Clear out all date】Clear all pictures in all screens in the current group.
- 【Display setting】 The screens can switch to display serial number, clock, calendar or pictures.
- 【Play mode】Set the picture to carousel mode or single picture playback mode.【Brightness】 Set the brightness of 3 modes.
- 【Color temperature setting】 Set the color temperature of 3 modes.
- 【Screen on/off】Turn on or off screens in the current group remotely.
- 【Timer on/off】Set the time to turn the screen on and off.
Upload Pictures
- Select a group: Select a group you want to upload pictures to, and then enter the group.
- One-click correspondence: Click 【Show Screen No.】, you can pair the corresponding screen according to the number displayed on the screen and the number displayed on the App.
- You can reorder the screens by pressing and holding the pictures for 1-2 seconds, then dragging them to a new position.
- Select a screen for upload: Choose the screen you wish to upload pictures to and click to proceed with the upload.
- : Adjust the screen orientation according to the actual picture orientation you want to put, and manually rotate the screen so that the screen is in the same direction as the pictures on the App.
- Upload pictures: (1) Camera (2) Local Camera Roll (3) Cloud Album * If you upload pictures from albums, you need to create albums first, please refer to Step 5a for details.
- 【Replacement】: Replace all the current pictures with pictures from
- 【Cloud Album】 or from 【History】.
- Publish: After uploading, click 【Publish】 to send the pictures to the screen.
- : You can configure the playback mode for a single screen, which will become effective immediately upon selection. For more details, please see Step 3.2.
Create Albums
- Create Albums: Enter 【Canvas】 page, click on the upper right corner to name and create an album.

- Delete pictures: After entering the album, click the in the upper right corner to select all or part of the pictures to delete.
- Edit albums: After entering the album, click on the upper right corner to delete the album or modify the name of the album.
- Multi-screen upload: After entering the album, click to directly send some or all pictures to the screen.
Material Library
- Save material to an existing album: Enter the material library, choose your preferred material group, and click on the upper right corner. You can then share some or all of the pictures to an existing album.
- Save material to a new album: Enter the material library, choose your preferred material group, and click on the upper right corner, then create a new album and name it. After successfully create the album, you can share some or all of the pictures to this new album.
Settings
- 【Account setting】 Modify your account information.
- The email address or mobile phone number used to register an account cannot be changed.
- 【Check and upgrade system】 Check and upgrade a new version of the App.【Contact us】 Customer support information.
- 【Language】 English/Chinese.
- 【Privacy policy】 View the privacy policy related to the user’s use of the App.【Service agreement】 View User agreement.
Add Friends
- Add friends: To add a friend, navigate to 【My Profile】-【Friends】-【+】, and enter the friend’s account number.
- If the person has not yet registered an account, they need to sign up first. Please see Step 2 for the account registration process.
- Share screen:Select the friends you wish to share with, then click 【 Share screen】-【Select screen group】-【Select screens】 to confirm. *Click on an individual friend in the friend list to view, cancel a shared screen, or share a new screen with a friend.
- Accept shared screens:If you receive a screen sharing request from a friend, click 【Accept】, enter 【Screens】, and then complete the material upload following the standard upload process.
- Delete friends: Click on the upper right corner or swipe right to delete your friends.
My Profile
- 【Message center】 View messages, including system and version release messages and friend request messages.
- 【Friends】 Add friends and share screens.

- 【Firmware upgrade】 Update the firmware of the screen or system to the new version to access new features.
