Product Usage Instructions

1. Installing the Batteries

Before using the scale for measurement, ensure you install the batteries correctly according to the indicated polarity.

2. Downloading the APP

Scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the JUMPER Health App on your smartphone. Register and log in to the app, providing accurate personal information for precise body composition analysis.

3. Weighing Items

Place the scale on a flat surface and wait for it to turn on and display zero before stepping on. Avoid moving or bumping the scale during measurement to ensure accuracy.

4. Alert Indications

If ‘Lo’ flashes during weighing, it indicates low battery level; replace batteries promptly. If ‘Err’ flashes, it means the weight exceeds 200 kg, beyond the scale’s limit.

5. Converting Weight Units

You can switch between kg, lb, and st units using the JUMPER Health App or directly on the scale.

6. Precautions

Dispose of the scale responsibly at recycling centers when it reaches its end of life to help conserve natural resources.

Installing the Batteries

Before measurement, you can install the batteries according to the correct battery polarity

Download the APP

Registration

Open the “JUMPER Health” APP, complete the user registration, and login as instructed. Enter your nickname, gender, date of birth and height as instructed. Personal information is used to analyze your body composition. To ensure the accuracy of the results, please enter accurate personal information

Weighing and Measuring Body Fat

Place the scale on a hard, flat floor. Pairing the scale. Open the “JUMPER Health” APP, and select “Weight” to enter the weight measurement mode. Press the scale to keep it in power on status until the scale and app pair automatically. Please be barefoot as shown in the figure. Ensure feet to touch the four electrodes during measurement. The measurement is completed when the value on the LCD screen flashing, then the measured data will be displayed on the APP. After measurement, you can check the measured data via the “JUMPER Health” App.
Note: The body composition data provided by this scale is only for reference and does not constitute medical advice.

Weighing Items

Press the scale and do not measure weight until the scale turns on and returns to zero. Moving or bumping the scale may affect the accuracy, in which case you should weight again to make sure the measured data is accurate

Alert Indications

When weighing, a flashing “Lo” indicates a low battery level, and you should replace the batteries as soon as possible.

When weighing, a flashing “Err” indicates the weight being measured exceeds 200 kg, which is beyond the limit of the scale.

Converting Weight Units

Three default units available: kg/lb/st. The switch between kg/lb/st can be achieved via the “JUMPER Health” App and scale.

Precautions

  1. To prevent slipping, do not place the scale on a slippery floor, and do not use it when your feet or the scale are wet.
  2. Always stand in the middle of the scale, to prevent it from accidentally flipping over while weighing yourself.
  3. Only use the scale in a dry environment, and do not immerse it in water.
  4. Wipe the surface of the scale with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use any organic solvents or other chemicals.
  5. After the batteries are depleted, immediately remove them to avoid potential leaking and corrosion.
  6. This scale is not recommended for persons with a pacemaker or other implanted medical devices. The accuracy of the body composition data may vary when used by professional athletes, pregnant women, and certain other individuals with special conditions.

Disposal and Recycling Information

The following symbol signifies that this product has to be disposed of separately from ordinary household wastes at its end of life. Please kindly be aware that this is your responsibility to dispose the electronic equipment at recycling centers so as to help conserve natural resources
