Please read this manual carefully before using the helmet and keep it in a safe place. In order to properly use in safety, please observe the following instructions. The main function of the helmet and to protect the head in case of impact. This helmet is designed to partially absorb energy of an impact partially destroying some components of the helmet. Whatever helmet it was heavily hit by an accident or that has received an equivalent shock must be replaced even if the damage is not obvious. To preserve the full effectiveness of this helmet, no modifications must not be brought to its structure or its components, without the approval of the homologation authority competent, likely to reduce the safety of the user. Only approved accessories preserve the safety of the helmet.

No component or device may be mounted or incorporated into the protective helmet, unless that this component or device is designed so as not to cause injury and that, when it is mounted or incorporated into the protective helmet, the latter remains in compliance with the requirements of homologation. No accessories may be mounted on the helmet if some of the symbols, other than the symbols of attachment, indicated in the approval of the accessory are not indicated on the approval label of the helmet.

VENTILATION

HOW TO CLEAN THE VISOR

  • To clean the visor without altering its characteristics, only use water AND SOAP (preferably distilled) and a soft cloth.
  • If the helmet is very dirty (e.g. insects) you can add a little cleaning fluid water dishwasher.
  • Remove the visor from the helmet before performing a deeper cleaning.
  • Do not use never use objects to clean the helmet that CAN damage/scratch the visor.
  • Always keep your helmet in a dry place protected from light, preferably in the bag provided by NEXX HELMETS.

HOW TO PUT ON THE VISOR

  1. ALIGN THE VISOR WITH THE MECHANISM BOTH SIDES
  2. PRESS TO LOCK

PINLOCK

  1. Remove the visor from the helmet
  2. Bend the visor to open and connect the Pinlock® lens to the pins in it so that it fits perfectly into the cavity dedicated to it.
  3. The silicone sealant on the Pinlock® lens must be in contact with the visor to avoid condensation between the Pinlock® lens and the visor.

COATING SPECIFICATIONS

The lining of this helmet has the following characteristics:

  • Removable (only some models),
  • Anti-allergic
  • Anti-perspirant.

This can be removed and washable as shown in the diagram (some models only).
If for any reason this lining is damaged, it can be easily replaced (only some models).

  • Using a flexible tape measure, measure the circumference of your head.

The correct choice of helmet size is essential to ensure the safety of the user. Not never wear a helmet that is too tight or too loose for the size of your head. MAINTENANCE AND CARE

  • Neon colors subjected to long exposure to UV rays will lose their intensity.

  • We are not responsible for any harm, loss or damage arising from faulty fitment of any accessory.
  • Do not expose the helmet to any type of solvent;
  • The helmet must be handled with care. Dropping it could damage the paint and diminish the its protective characteristics.
  • Keep the helmet in a safe place (do not hang it on the motorcycle mirror or other supports that could damage the coating). Do not carry the helmet on the motorcycle or on your arm while riding guide.
  • Always use the helmet in the correct position, using the buckle to adjust the head;
  • In order to maintain the correct functioning and handling of the visor, it is advisable to lubricate periodically coat the mechanisms and rubbers around the visor with silicone oil. The application is done with the help of a brush or pad. Do this in moderation and clean up the excess.
  • These adequate care allow you to maintain the softness of the rubber profiles and increase the life of the visor fixing mechanisms is significantly improved.
