Bluetooth Pairing
Connection step
Pick up the earbuds from the charging case to enter the pairing mode. At this time, one earbud will flash alternately between red and blue light.
- Pick up the both earbuds from the charging case.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth function and search for device.
- Select [Power Q25 Pro] from the Bluetooth interface.
Remark: Thanks to the latest Bluetooth 5.1 chip, the earbuds will automatically switch from binaural mode to mono mode when putting away one earbud into the charging case, without the need to disconnect while the other earbud continues to operate. It will restore to binaural mode immediately once the earbud is taken out of the charging case.

※ Volume can be adjusted freely from IOS device. However, there is a
limitation for Android device. The volume set on the connected device is the
maximum volume that the earbuds can achieve.
(For example, when the smartphone’s volume is at 75%, the earbuds maximum
volume can only reach 75% and can not exceed. It is recommended to irst set
the smartphone’s volume to 100% then readjust the volume on the earphones to
the appropriate volume)
Power ON/OFF
When using it for the first time, remove the earphone from the charging case
and peel off the insulating film. The earphone will automatically trun off and
start charging when put back into the chargingcase. When charging, the red
light stays on. Pick up the earphone from the charging case, the power will
automatically turn on.
How to connect to PC
All settings – Device – Add bluetooth or other device – Search for “Power Q25
Pro” – To pair and connect
Note: if your computer does not have Bluetooth function, you can connect
Bluetooth adapter and download Bluetooth driver to work normally.
Matters need attention
- Please do not treat this product roughly.Please don’t put any weight on the earphones.
- please use a DC 5V-1A adapter certified by a regulated manufacturer.
- If it has not been used for a long period of time, please charge before use.
- Don’t place them in areas with WiFi, router or other high-frequency transmission devices as it can affect the reception of the earphones. It is the cause of intermittent sound.
- Excessive volume for a long time will stimulate the ears and have a negative effect on hearing. Please avoid overly loud volume as it might damage your hearing. Please raise the volume up slowly.

Why can’t the earphone be found on my Bluetooth device?
- The connection distance of Bluetooth is 10m, please make sure there are no obstacles in between.
- If the earphones had been connected to a device, unpaired it beforehand.
- If the connection problem is not resolved, please try to restart the bluetooth device and the earphone.
- If no connection has been made within five minutes of turning earphones on, it will automatically turn off.
- The earbuds will search and connect by default if it had previously been connected to a smartphone.So before connecting to a new phone, you need to turn off the bluetooth of the previous phone.
Why does the earphone turn off automatically?
Please make sure the earphone are properly charged. Also, the earphone
automatically shuts down after disconnected for three minutes. In this case,
Please put it back into the charging case and wait for it to start charging
(the red light is on), then pick up the earphone again, you will hear the
“power on”.
The voice stutters while listening to music or talking on the phone.
- Please make sure that your smartphone’s network connection is stable or that the song is still being buffered.
- Make sure if your smartphone is not connected to the other audio devices.
- The bluetooth transmission distance is 10m. Please make sure there is no large obstacle between earphones and the phone. Please keep the smart phone and earphone close to use.
- There could be too much ambient radio interference or strong magnetic field. These environments can affect bluetooth connection.
- Please aviod these environment, then open the bluetooth interface of the phone, delete the pairing history, and search for pairing again.
- Reset the earphone and restart the phone before reconnecting.
Why can’t the earphones be charged?
- The insulating film is applied to the charging point to prevent battery power leakage of earphone during transportation. Please remove the insulating film before use.
- Press the earphone with your finger to make sure the charging contact points are fully connected to the charging case.
- Please make sure that there is no problem with the charging cable or the charging adapter and that the charging cable is inserted correctly.
- The charging points for the the smart phone are dirty, possibly covered with dirt and sweat. Please wipe it off with the cloth.
- If you hear the “Battery Low” notification, please charge the earbuds. When the last LED indicator light on the charging case shows. It means the remaining power in the charging case is ≦ 25%, please charge the earbuds immediately. Be aware not to completely use up the power of. It may shorten the life of the lithiumion batteries built in.
What should i do if there is no sound in my left or right earphone?
How to reset the earphone?

Delete all pairing record on your mobile devices.

Put the earphone back into the charging case and wait for it to start charging (the red light is on).

Touch both earphone’s MFB 5 times at the same time while placed in the charging case. The purple indicator lights will flash. When the purple light goes out, the red lights will turn on.

Pick up the earphone from the charging case, and the earphone will pair automatically within 3 ~ 5 seconds.

When the red and blue lights of only one earbuds are flashing, it means that the earphone has been reset successfully and is waiting for pairing.

Turn on bluetooth of your mobile phone, search for [Power Q25 Pro]and connect again.
※ The left and right sound balance will also be reset. Please follow the steps
below to check the balance setting.
IOS: Settings-Accessibility-Audio/Visual-Balance (Since only some brands
of Android phones have the function of left and right channel balance, if you
are using an Android phone, please consult the customer service center of the
corresponding brand.)

- Please keep this product away from high temperature, high humidity and corrosive environment.
- Please do not disassemble the earphone or the charging case.
- If it causes any discomfort or pain, please stop using this product outright and seek for help from a medical professional.
- Do not use earphones when driving cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc., to avoid traffic accidents.
- When using outdoors, should be aware of the surrounding traffic.
- Please do not touch the earphone and USB cable with wet handsAfter exercise, remember to wipe the surface of the headphones and leave them to dry for a while before putting them back into the charging case.

- Please do not use the product in thunderstorm weather to avoid damage or electric shock.
- The bluetooth earphone signal cannot be tran smitted in water, swimming and diving will cause the signal to be disconnected or interrupted.
