Setup steps for first-time use

1. Peel off the insulating stickers on the left and right earbuds.
2. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and fully charge them.
3. Open the charging case and wait for 3 seconds for a successful pairing
4. Wear the earbuds.
5. Open the Bluetooth settings select ” Nurati N2 ” and connect.

Pairing & reconnection

1. When the charging case has enough power, Take out the headphones from the charging case and let the left and right earbuds automatically enter the mutual pairing mode. After the left and right headphones are successfully paired with each other, one side of the left and right headphones will blink red and white alternately. No light on the other side headphones.
2. At this time, please find the Bluetooth name “Nurati N2” in the cell phone Bluetooth list, click on the connection, and the headphones will sound like a “Connected” beep after a successful connection.
3. Nurati N2 headphones can remember the last paired device. To connect again, you need to open the phone’s Bluetooth, from the charging case out of the headphones will automatically connect to the phone. Please select “Nurati N2” again in the Bluetooth list to connect if not automatically connected.
4. Single headphones use mode (if you need to use the right or left headphones separately on different cell phones, the left and right headphones need to be 20 meters away from each other to search for Nurati-N2 and connect the cell phones). When an individual uses one earbud alone, the other one- the left earbud or the right earbud, needs to be put in the charging case.

Reset

If the left and right headphones don’t work at the same time, please Forget the Nurati N2 from the phone in the setting, Four times MFB (L/R) to reset the headphones, After reset, the indicator light of the secondary headphone goes out, and the red and white light of the main headphone flashes slowly alternately. Re-open the phone’s Bluetooth settings to reconnect.lf you still cannot solve the problem after performing the above operations, please contact our customer service.

Charging

To charge the headphones.

1. Remove the insulating label from the headphones before first use and make sure they are fully charged.
2. After each headphone use, put the headphones directly back into the charging case and close the lid will automatically charge the headphones.

To charge the charging case:

1. Select the USB input power: 5V1A, for fast charging.
2. USB charging port in the charging case at the back.

Important Note

1. Choose an adapter with USB to charge it (charging voltage DC 5V, current does not exceed 1A).
2. It is strictly forbidden to immerse in water or rinse directly with water.
3. This product is a product with batteries, and the size is small when stored to avoid contact with children.
4. For daily use, it is necessary to keep the headphones clean. It is recommended to clean the headphones and charging case charging contacts and contact pins from time to time.
5. Do not use and store the equipment in dusty or dirty places, which can damage its detachable parts and electronic components.
6. Do not store the equipment in places that are too cold or too hot. A too cold or too hot environment can shorten the life of electronic equipment, damage the battery and deform or melt some plastic parts.
7. When the earbuds are not in use, please put them back into the charging case and store it in a dry place.
8. When not using it for a long time, please charge it once every three months at least.
