How do I clean the one-piece bathroom toilet?

TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED
- A Water Supply Kit (Not needed if replacing existing toilet)
- B Adjustable Wrench
- C Flathead Screwdriver

REMOVING YOUR OLD TOILET
- Turn off the water supply.
- Flush the toilet to empty the tank. Remove any water left in the tank or bowl.
- Disconnect the supply line from the tank.
- Remove decorative caps. Unscrew the nuts that attach the toilet to the floor.
- Remove toilet.
- Make sure the water supply valve is shut off before installation.
- Remove old closet bolts from the closet flange. Clean any old wax, putty, etc. from the base area.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WATER SUPPLY:
Before installation ensure that the shut-off valve is greater than 7½” from the center of the drain to the center of the shut-off valve on either side (Figure 1).
NOTE: This is a true 12″ rough-in toilet from the finished wall to the center of the drain (no less than 12″). Baseboard thickness may reduce rough- in dimension.
ONE PIECE TOILET
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Install new floor bolts into the floor flange. (Figure 2)

Attach a flexible water supply line to the inlet of the fill valve and hand tighten only. At this U point, DO NOT connect to the water shut-off valve. (Figure 3)

Place a new wax ring around the waste flange of the toilet bowl. (Figure 4)

Lower the toilet onto the closet bolts, so the bolts project through mounting holes in the base of the toilet. (Figure 5) Using a rocking motion, press the bowl down to position the toilet onto the flange.

Install plastic cap washers, followed by metal washers and nuts onto the closet bolts. (Figure 6) Tighten the bolts alternately until the toilet is firmly seated on the floor.
CAUTION: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NUTS, SEVERE DAMAGE MAY OCCUR -
Install plastic cap covers.

Connect the flexible water supply line (not included] to the shut-off valve. Tighten the coupling nut securely (Figure 7).
WATER SUPPLY
- Turn on the supply valve and allow the tank to fill until the float rises to the shutoff position.
- Check for leakage at fittings, tighten or correct as needed.
TWO PIECES TOILET
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Install new closet bolts into the closet flange. (Figure 8) You can pre-cut the closet bolts to the desired length to put on the bolt cap by doing the following: Temporarily install closet bolts set the toilet and place the washers and nuts onto the bolts. Then mark the length needed. Take the toilet out of the place and remove the closet bolts. Cut the closet bolts to the length and then turn the toilet upside down onto a soft surface to avoid scratches on the finish.

Place a new wax ring around the waste flange of the toilet bowl. (Figure 9)

Lower the toilet onto the closet bolts, so the bolts project through mounting holes in the base of the toilet. (Figure 10) Using a rocking motion, press the bowl down to position the toilet onto the flange.

Install the flange bolt caps. (Figure 11)

Insert tank bolts inside the tank. Use the metal and rubber washers supplied to create a seal. (Figure 12)

Install the metal nut and washers on the bolts under the tank. Tighten the nuts until the rubber washers in the tank create a proper and secure seal.

Attach the large rubber sealing gasket to the center drain hole under the tank. (Figure 13)

Gently place the tank on the bowl with the bolts protruding out underneath. Then tighten with metal oval washers and wing nuts, and tighten enough that the tank sits flat on the bowl.

Make sure that the toilet tank is parallel to the wall and straight on the bowl.
CAUTION: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NUTS, SEVERE DAMAGE MAY OCCUR.
CONNECT WATER SUPPLY

Connect the water supply line (new or existing) between the shutoff valve and tank inlet water fitting. Tighten coupling nuts securely.
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN -
Turn on the supply valve and allow the tank to fill until the float rises to the shutoff position.

Check for leakage at fittings, tighten or correct as needed.

TOILET SEAT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Installation Guide
Under locked
- Insert revolver. washer and bolt into the installing hole.
- Insert the nut into the two holes perfectly and screw it with a screwdriver. then put the cap on it.
Above locked
- Place the toilet seat cover on the bowl, and insert the bolt. washer, and rubber cord in hinge install hole order;
- Adjust the position of the toilet seat cover to match the toilet set suitably after inserting the rubber cord into the toilet install hole;
- lighten the bolt and close the hinge cover;
- Insert the nut into the two holes perfectly and screw it with a screwdriver. then put the cap on it.

Do not let a child play with the toilet cover.to avoid hurting fingers and other accidents.
Relative Notice
- Open and close the toilet seat cover tenderly. (Or else it may cause a crack.)
- Avoid sunlight and other lamp-hours that irradiate directly. (Or else it may tum colors.)
- Toilet seat and cover both have the function of slow closing.
- Closing speed varies for room temperature and usage frequency.
- Please open the toilet seat and cover completely. the function of slow closing will fail off in the midway. or hurt fingers etc.
Maintenance

Periodical maintenance
- Wipe gently with wet fabric.
- Wipe off smut
Wash it with neuter cleaners(such as soap powder) and then dry it with clean fabric.

Cleaners
- Do not wipe and wash the toilet seat and cover with the abrasive powder.
- Do not use disinfectors, eradicators, or other aerosol cleaners.
Installation Instructions
A general reading of this installation guide carefully is very necessary and helpful for your installing the screws rightly, please install the products according to this guide strictly and keep it well for any further checking –
- Please check if all the parts as shown in the figure are ready and if there is any lack of the parts, please contact your local suppliers:
- Please take apart all the parts before installation and keep them well to avoid any loss:
- Flat concrete floor
- Wall nail
- Fixation bracket
- Washer
- Fixation bracket screw
- Wall nail tray
- Fixing the screw of the toilet seat
- Wall nail cover
- Toilet scat
- The toilet seat (9) should be installed on the flat concrete floor,
- As shown in the figure, drill a hole in the wall and screw the wall nail (2) into the hole, put the fixation bracket (3) and the washer (4), then tighten the fixation bracket (3) with the screws (5).
- Put on the toilet seat (9) and inset the wall nail tray (6) in the anchor hole of the toilet seat, then tighten the fixing screw(7)and put on the wall nail cover(8).
- After installation, please check if the toilet seat is firm or not, please check again if all the parts were installed correctly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
-
Poor Flush, the water level is below the water line mark.
The shut-off valve is not completely open; verify that the shut-off valve opens fully. The water supply line can be twisted, ensure that it is sitting in the tank properly. For the pieces toilet, also need to verify if the chain is too long or the flapper is not lifting properly to activate the flush. -
Continuous water running.
It may occur if the flush seal is not completely closed. 1) Verify if there is any obstruction with the flush seal. 2) For a piece toilet, also need to make sure the flush valve chain has the proper length at rest.
Wipe the outside of the toilet gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Make sure that the complete surface is cleaned and completely dry. NOTE: IMPROPER CARE MAY CAUSE THE WARRANTY TO BECOME INVALID.
LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year (Vitreous China) and 1 year (Parts and Fittings) from the date of purchase of the product by the original purchaser.

If inspection of this plumbing product, within 1 year (china product) or 1 year (parts and fittings) after its initial purchase, confirms that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or at its option, exchange the product for a similar model.

All de-installation and re-installation and transportation costs or charges incidental to warranty services are to be borne by the owner.
