INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

  1. Connect the drain hose to the wall, not higher than 22 inches, or the floor drain. The drain hose should have a 1-inch air gap between the drain hose and the drain.

  2. Level the dish machine by adjusting the levelling legs. The Dishmachine must be level front and back and side to side.

  3. Connect the dish machine to a hot water source, the recommended minimum temperature is 140°F.
    The unit will remain in the wash cycle until the booster heater temperature reaches 180°F, and then it will advance into the rinse cycle.

  4. Insert tube stiffener with chemical tubing into corresponding chemical dispensers.

  5. INITIAL START-UP INSTRUCTIONS. Press the power switch to the ON position. Listen for water spraying into the machine. Check the wash tank for water, if none repeat till the wash tank is full. The installer is responsible for adjusting the fill timer.

  6. DAILY START PROCEDURE.
    Press the power switch on. The machine will automatically fill the wash tank. The installer is responsible for adjusting the fill timer. Allow the machine 10 minutes for the wash tank temperature display to read 160f.

  7. After filling the dishwasher for the first time, (CAUTION: turn the power supply off) reconnect the factory unplugged wire to the booster high-limit switch located behind the front panel.

  8. Turn the power supply back on. Allow the machine to heat (about 10 minutes). Cycle the machine by pushing the start switch. Observe the “Rinse Cycle” (last 12 seconds of the cycle) must be a minimum of 180°F. Adjust the temperature by turning the adjustment stem on the booster thermostat clockwise to increase.
