How to Use the Map Locator:

• For Referring Affiliates:
  A Referring Affiliate can use the Map Locator to refer a Prospect who wants to experience the Quantum Energy Wellness Bed. The Affiliate completes the form on the Map Locator, and an email is sent to the Wellness Technology Owner to schedule a session.

• For Referring Influencers:
  Referring Influencers can also utilize the Map Locator to guide their audience in finding and selecting a preferred Wellness Technology Owner. They can provide recommendations based on the information available on the Map Locator.

• For VST Team Members:
  VST Team Members can use the Map Locator to assist Visitors in locating and scheduling sessions with the nearest Wellness Technology Owner. This helps in streamlining the process and ensuring a smooth user experience.

• For Guests:
  Guests can explore the Map Locator to discover nearby Wellness Technology Owners and initiate a session request. The tool aims to make it easier for Users to access VST’s wellness offerings.

About This User

This is a User Manual to support the User’s interaction with Void Space Technologies, LLC (VST), via the Wellness Technology Map Locator and VST Wellness Technology Owners. A user is defined as anyone who uses the Service provided by VST. This includes:

1. Prospect a person eager to find and experience VST’s Wellness Technology in person, before committing to a purchase decision.
2. Customer  a person already pursuing alternative ways to achieve wellness who is keen on finding and receiving a wellness session from a nearby Wellness Technology Owner.
3. VST’s Affiliate a marketer of VST’s Wellness Technology and VST’s Wellness Products who may also be a Wellness Technology Owner.
4. VST’s Influencer a person in our niche or industry, who may also be a Wellness Technology Owner, with influence over our target market audience representing VST’s Wellness Technology and VST’s Wellness Products.
5. VST Wellness Technology Owner an owner of VST’s Wellness Technology who agrees to provide access to and make available their technology for use by visitors. A Wellness Technology Owner may also be a VST Affiliate or a VST Influencer.
6. Organic Visitor a visitor who has landed on voidspacetech.org through their own search exploration and has opted to experience the QEWB.

The Wellness Technology Map Locator -What Is It??

• The Wellness Technology Map Locator (Map Locator) is a tool that connects Void Space Technologies, LLC (VST), Users defined above, and VST’s Wellness Technology Owners.
• The Map Locator Service provides access to Map Data including VST Wellness Technology Owners, home / business address information, phone contact information, business website information, maps, and other related information. The intent of the Map Locator is to support VST Affiliates, VST Influencers, and VST Wellness Technology Department in helping Visitors find and select the preferred, available Wellness Technology Owner for them.
• The Map Locator Service is intended for User location identification and scheduling purposes only.

How Do We Aim for It to Be Used?

The Map Locator is a tool to be used primarily by VST’s Affiliates, VST’s Influencers, and VST’s Wellness Technology Department to help source and select locations of VST Wellness Technology Owners, on behalf of Prospects, with a view to scheduling appointments for a Wellness Technology experience. Referring Affiliates, Referring Influencers, and VST Wellness Technology Owners must agree to the Terms of Use to participate in the program. Participation in the Affiliate Program and the Influencer Program implies agreement to the Terms of Use of the Map Locator. All users of the Map Locator are encouraged to be deliberate and precise in its use. As a result, you are invited to move to the next section, based on how you identify:

I Am a Referring Affiliate

• A Referring Affiliate (who is not a VST Wellness Technology Owner) who has a Prospect who wants to experience the Bed, goes to Map Locator and completes the form as shown.
• An email is sent to the VST Wellness Technology Owner prompting them to schedule a session for the client.

I Am a Referring Influencer

1. A Referring Influencer (who is not a VST Wellness Technology Owner) who has a Prospect who wants to experience the Bed, goes to Map Locator and completes the form as shown.
2. An email is sent to the VST Wellness Technology Owner prompting them to schedule a session for the client.

I Am a VST Team Member

1. A VST team member who has a Prospect who wants to experience the Bed, goes to Map Locator and completes the form as shown.
2. An email is sent to the VST Wellness Technology Owner prompting them to schedule a session for the client.

I Am a Guest

1. We have also configured a possible user journey for Guests who land on our page, begin their exploration and are eager to receive a Wellness Session. As a result, go to the Map Locator and complete the form as shown.
2. An email is sent to the VST Department prompting them to initiate interaction and to schedule a session for the client.

Guidelines for VST Wellness Technology Owners’ Response

VST Wellness Technology Owners will receive an email from qewb@voidspacetech.org that will look like the sample shown here. The purpose of this email is to refer a client to your business.
Upon receipt, we ask that VST Wellness Technology Owners:

• Respond to the referred client, via email, within 24-48 hours;
• Copy the VST email : qewb@voidspacetech.org; and
• Use a subject heading : Scheduling a Wellness Session

A sample response could be:

• Please email your booking link so that they can start booking at your location! Thank you for your interest in booking a Wellness Session with us. We are delighted to serve you.
• We are available between these hours: 10am ET and 5pm ET. (Please adjust accordingly for your business hours and time zone.) Our QEWB Wellness Sessions are available in either 1⁄2-hour or 1-hour Sessions and are priced at $x and $y, respectively.

Remember to follow the guidelines provided above for your response to the referred client. We want to be aware that the client is being served.

To support our ability to maintain awareness of the referred client journey:

• You will be asked to download the HeartBeat app and to join the VST community. This is required to follow up with you if you did not copy us in the response email, as guided, or if there is no response within 48 business hours.
• Also, you will be asked to confirm your current mobile number so that we can text or call you, directly, if needed.

As per the Wellness Technology Map Locator Terms of Use, you are reminded that:

• VST Wellness Technology Owner is reminded that any additional representation made to the Referred Visitor, outside of the scheduled period of the Visitor’s visit for the Visitor’s Wellness Session, is voluntary and is not to be construed as a right or an entitlement to earn a commission.
• VST Wellness Technology Owner is reminded that providing any additional sessions to a Referred Visitor is voluntary and is not to be construed as a right or an entitlement to earn a commission. We want fair play and for everyone to win in this process.

VST Team Follow-Up
If we don’t receive an email, from being copied in the VST Wellness Technology Owner’s response to the client within the expected timeframe, a VST Team Member will follow up to nudge the VST Wellness Technology Owner to offer / provide any support and to facilitate the scheduling of the appointment for the client. We want referred clients to receive the very best attention and service.
Post-Session Decision to Purchase
VST Affiliate, VST Influencer, and VST Sales follow the former processes to announce and process a sale transaction, until otherwise informed.

Important Notes
VST agrees to apply a credit of up to US $150 to each Prospect who decides to purchase VST’s Wellness Technology, if each Prospect has paid for and benefitted from at least one Wellness Session scheduled through the Map Locator Service and provided by the selected service provider – the VST Wellness Technology Owner. The Prospect could be referred by a VST Affiliate, a VST Influencer or a VST Member.

• To receive this credit, we ask that Prospects:
• Submit a Tax Receipt to VST. To do this, we ask that Prospects:
• Email accounting@1ns1ght.org;

• Use a subject heading: My Wellness Session Credit
• The body of Email should read:

Hello: Please receive the attached Tax Receipt for the Wellness Session Credit.
Thanks , Client Full Name Receipts should show the name and address of the service provider – the Wellness Technology Owner, the date the service was performed, the name of the prospect served, the purchase item: QEWB Wellness Session, and the amount that was paid.

VST agrees to pay the related VST Wellness Technology Owners US $100 who served VST Referred Prospects who later converted to a sale. After receiving full settlement from the customer, payment to the VST Wellness Technology Owner will be made in the payment cycles outlined in the Affiliate Program and the Influencer Program. This benefit does not apply to Prospects referred by Referring Affiliates and Referring Influencers.

The system, the structure and the agreement supports fair play and protects the financial interests of all Users. Internal reporting systems have been created to validate all information received, and to honor payments to respective beneficiaries. We are excited about our new Wellness Technology Map Locator. We wish every user fulfillment along the journey to fulfilling expansion.
