Charging the Headphones
OPTION 1
OPTION 1 Place the headphone VERTICALLY into the charging dock.
NOTE:
- 1:Headphone left side corresponds to left side of charging dock, same operation with right side.
- 2: LED indicator(charging dock) is always red on when charging, if not, means headphone is not placed correctly.
- 3: LED indicator(headphone) will turn off after the headphone is fully charged.
OPTION 2 Charging with mobile charger(5V/500mah~2A), computer/TV/other USB
port with Type C charging cable.
NOTE : LED indicator(headphone) is always red on when charging, will turn
off after the headphone is fully charged.
Setup
Connecting the Transmitter to Your TV OPTION 1 – Optical port (recommended)
Setting Up Your TV (FOR OPTICAL CONNECTIONS ONLY)
- STEP 1 Using your TV’s remote control, press the SETTINGS button and navigate to the AUDIO tab within the settings menu. (Please note that there may be difference in the setting names depending on your brand of TV).
- STEP 2 Proceed to AUDIO OUTPUT and select “OPTICAL OUT / EXTERNAL SPEAKER”. Many TVs will do this automatically; skip this step as needed.
- Connect: Optical port (recommended) – plug the provided optical audio cable (Ref: page2 No.) into the TV’s optical OUT or “OPT / OUT” port, then plug the other end into the transmitter’s optical port in the. On your transmitter, switch the “AUDIO INPUT SELECTOR” to the “OPT” position.
OPTION 2- AUX 3.5mm port
- AUX 3.5mm port – plug the provided AUX 3.5mm audio cable (Ref: page2 No. A) into the TV’s AUX 3.5mm output port, then plug the other end into the transmitter’s AUX 3.5mm input port, On your transmitter, switch the “AUDIO INPUT SELECTOR” to the “AUX” position.
- NOTE : If sound is not playing from the headphones, please set “sound output/speaker” settings on your TV to “Wired Headphones” or “Headphones.”
OPTION3- RCA port
- RCA port – connect the provided RCA adapter (Ref: page2 No. ©) to the AUX 3.5mm audio cable. Plug the red & white RCA connectors into the TV’s “AUDIO OUT” ports, then plug the other end into the transmitter’s AUX 3.5mm input port. On your transmitter, switch the “AUDIO INPUT SELECTOR” to the “AUX” position.
- NOTE: If no sound is playing from the headphones, please set your TV’s “sound output/speak- er” settings to “External Speakers”
Connecting the Headphones to Transmitter
Turn on & connect the transmitter and headphone
Now that your transmitter is set up, all that’s left is connecting the headphones.
- STEP 1 First, power everything on.
- STEP 2 The transmitter and headphones will auto-connect. Once connected, the headphones’ & transmitter’s LEDs will turn solid green.
- NOTE: The transmitter and headphone are automatically connected by default. If they cannot be connected, please click headphone 4 times in succession to connect automatically.
Headphones Connection (BT Mode)
Headphone connect to smart devices (mobile) via Bluetooth
- Make sure the distance between headphone and smart devices stays within 10M
- Click to switch “Power on/off” button to be Bluetooth mode, voice prompt: “Bluetooth mode”, LED indicator is flashing.
- Activate Bluetooth setting on your smart device(mobile).
- Search “E7TV-C “on your smart device(mobile), click it and pair.
- Headphone prompt “connected” after paring successfully and the LED indicator
Connect the transmitter box to your computer
- FOR PC with USB port (only applicable to PC/laptop with USB2.0 or USB3.0 interface) If you want to use TV headphones with a PC, please use a TYPE-C data cable to connect to the computer. Now you can play audio from your PC.
Note:
- A PC or laptop can only be connected to the transmitter through a TYPE-C data
- The TYPE-C data cable can simultaneously provide power and audio input to the transmitter.

Trouble shooting
- I am having trouble pairing and connecting to my Bluetooth device. Please check the following:
- Your wireless device supports the wireless profiles listed in the specifications.
- BA01 and your device are next to each other or within 3 feet 11 meter.
- Make sure both BA01 and the wireless device are in pairing mode.
- After connecting and pairing with my wireless device, I cannot hear any music from my sound system. In Optical mode, BA01 support device with sampling rate under 48kHz. Note: Need to make sure TV audio format is set to PCM(Fig-1) and TV sound out as External Speakers”(Fig-2)
