ELECTRICAL SAFETY

RATING

  • AC 220-240V ~ 50/60Hz, 45W.
  • Plug the power supply into a suitable wall socket. Ensure that the voltage indicated on the identification plate corresponds with the mains voltage
  • Important: Read these instructions fully before any assembly or use, and retain for future reference.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Screw the outside tube (P) onto the base end cap (Q) then clip the 4 base parts (R) into the base end cap (Q).
  2. Loosen the tube clamp (O) to adjust to the suitable height, then lock the tube clamp (0) on the height adjust inner tube (N).
  3. Put the body (K) into the height adjust inner tube (N), then use the tube retaining screw (M) to lock the body (K) together with the height adjust inner tube (N).
  4.  Remove the blade retaining nut (J) and the rear guard fixing nut (D). Place the rear guard (E) onto the motor shaft (l) and use the rear guard fixing nut (D) to secure the rear guard (E)
  5. Place the fan blade (C) into the motor shaft (1), use the blade retaining nut (J) to secure the fan blade (C).
  6. Fix the grille cover (S) into middle of the front guard (A), and use the screw to tighten the grille cover (S) together with the front guard (A). Place the front guard (A) onto the rear guard (E), and use the front guard clips to fix securely onto the rear guard (E).

GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION

  1. Do not connect the fan to the power supply until the fan is FULLY assembled
  2. Do not connect to any power supply other than 220-240V.
  3. Unplug the fan before any adjustment or cleaning is made.
  4. Never operate the fan if it has damaged or has worn parts. It should be returned to the manufacturer, service agent or a similarly qualified person for repair.
  5. Always position the fan on a stable, level surface.
  6. Do not spray anything into the fan.
  7. Do not use the fan near flammable areas or substances.
  8. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove any screws.
  9. Do not insert fingers or other objects through the fan guard.
  10. Do not allow children to operate the fan.
  11. If the power cord is damaged, the fan must not be used and returned to the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
  12. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Once the fan has been completely assembled, you can now plug into a mains socket.
  • Turn the power on at the mains socket and then switch on the fan by pressing one of the three speed buttons on the control panel.
  • Important: Always switch off the fan and unplug from the mains socket when not in use.
  • To make the fan head oscillate, push down the oscillation button.

  • The fan speed is controlled by pressing the push button switches.
    • “O” Power off
    • “1” Low speed
    • “2” Middle speed
    • “3”High speed
  • To alter the height of the fan, release the tube clamp (0), extend the shaft to the desired height and retighten.

MAINTENANCE

  1.  Before cleaning unplug the fan first.
  2. Clean the fan with a soft cloth and a neutral detergent.
  3. Add a few drops of high quality lubricating oil to the moto before first operation every year.
